Silver Oaks Palampur

Pathetic.. rooms are like ******* box with no ventilation. The service is pathetic with no intercom even for delux room which they claimed they had given us The staff charged the room rent of delux and gave normal room. When asked showing the website the they were in denial mode. There is no kitchen even for tea or coffee. For simple snacks you have to walk up to reception and tell them your request which will takes ages to come. There is no commute if you are travelling without ur personal conveyance.Food is pathetic with no taste. We had to leave the hotel within 3 hours of our stay as it was so suffocating.please donot waste your money and time going there.

On the whole, pathetic experience. Maintenance of this property is extremely poor. No water in the morning on every tap, dirty broken wardrobe, attached rooms has been alloted to two different parties so no privacy in terms of noise (i could not sleep because the other party checked in almost around midnight) , very dangerously located power point in the bath area, uneven hight staircases which is dangerous.
