Araiya is the perfect hotel if you want to get away from it all and have some peace and quiet or if you want to explore the area and return to a comfortable, even luxurious hotel at the end of your day. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is also a positive - it is far away up in the hills and reached by driving endless perilous winding mountain roads. But it also means you find yourself in paradise when you get there. The service is exceptional and special mention must be made of Ravi and the chef of the Araiya restaurant. They all spoke good English and were there for any request we had. There are abundant delicious dishes on the menu; a pool; bar; and an excellent spa. In fact we had the best massages we have ever had. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are huge, and everything seems new and is well-maintained. Enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and tranquility while you unwind.

We had an amazing stay at Araiya from 26th to 28th January in Room 201. The property is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the spa was relaxing. We were here to celebrate out 10th anniversary. However, we had one minor issue. We were traveling with a maid and had clarified meal arrangements beforehand. While the charges were mentioned, it wasn’t specified that even sharing food would incur extra costs. On the last day, our maid shared a paratha with my daughter at breakfast, which led to repeated reminders from a restaurant staff member about additional charges, even for small portions like a piece of bread. While the staff member was polite in his tone, such rigidity felt unnecessary and doesn’t align with the spirit of hospitality. On a positive note, Anshul from reception was kind and professional in resolving the matter, and the housekeeping staff, Abhishek, was very helpful and polite throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, but addressing such concerns with more flexibility would enhance the guest experience.

I went to this hotel for a three day and two night stay with family. It was a very good trip overall. The location of resort, amenities, services and food all were really good. Tea and coffee could have been better. That was the only glitch. Rest everything was really nice.

Absolutely breathtaking view, great large rooms, superb service —5 star on every level —So affordable for quality of experience —Shashi kapoor, the front office concierge treated me like a queen! I can’t recommend this jewel in the mountain more —The best hotel experience I’ve ever had in India !

Great experience Very nice place, courteous staff , Anshul ji at front desk was very helpful.. kids also enjoyed a lot. It is peaceful place with clean rooms, well maintained gardens and play area for children. Surrounding view is very good. You don’t need to go anywhere, can spend 2 to 3 days at resort

One of the best properties I have stayed in himachal. The entire experience during the stay is so good that it can't be put in words. The staff and the hospitality stands out in all departments. Food was really delicious . All the items were delicious and ambience was awesome. Services was too good.Staff is caring amd keep on asking for the requirements. Activities are also available . Worth coming with family’s and relaxing atmosphere
