Our recent visit at Araiya, Palampur, was an unforgettable experience that left us spellbound. Nestled in the lap of nature, this luxurious retreat offered a perfect blend of serenity and adventure. The picturesque landscape, replete with lush green valleys and snow-capped mountains, was a sight to behold. The resort's vantage point offered breathtaking views that changed with every sunrise and sunset, making it a photographer's delight. Each room and balcony offered a unique perspective of the Himalayas, a true visual treat. The hospitality was top-notch, with Puneet, the fnb manager,and his team barman Amit, Rahul,Ananya, Meenu & Neeraj going above and beyond to ensure our culinary experience was exceptional. The staff, from housekeeping, Sunil & lokpal team were always attentive and prompt in addressing our needs. The food was a culinary journey, with a diverse menu that catered to every taste and preference. The resort also offered a range of activities for kids, making it an ideal destination for families. And special thanks to general manager Mr.Acharya Javvaji who guide their team very well. The spa facilities, fitness center, and beautifully landscaped gardens were the icing on the cake, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. Pleasant stay , nice heated pool and good food , service by their staff was excellent especially their bellboy Shashi Kapoor , he was very helpful in all manner , special thanks to their gm MR Acharya Javvaji though I met him for a short while but he is a superb person and very helpful too.
