The rooms are not air-conditioned. Warm water was not available in one of the rooms.
Very unprofessional management. Please do not recommend these type resorts to me in future, which will only spoil your reputation and loose your customers. The price you charged me was very high compared to the hotel's direct offer. Your comments will be much appreciated. Thanks

Hillvalley farm house is the ideal escape to spend time with family and friends. We a group of 22 couples stayed for 3 days this week. Located in the middle of forest and tea/coffee plantation. Situated at a high altitude of 2000’, spectacular view of scenic beauty is guaranteed .Keshavanpara, Seetharkundu view point and forest trekking are memorable and adventurous if one wants to explore nature around. The food served in the resort is very tasty. Service staff is polite and always at your disposal m. Very efficient pick-up and drop service arranged by the management. Overall a nice place to stay to refresh yourself.

As evening approched, the mists capping the nelliampathy hills around the cottages descended and embraced us...yes, it was almost a mystical experience to be shrouded in that mist...that was kind gesture from the nature. Thank you Nelliampathy Hill Valley for creating such an ideal place in the forest for the those who love to have a quite sojourn away from the hustle and bustle of life. The hosts were friendly and humble though we overheard not so friendly talk among some hosts. The food served was tasty. The towels near the wash and the bedspreads were not that clean and dry. However all the discomforts were nothing compared to the greater experience we had experience from the nature.

We stayed in August 2023 - the rooms was excellent is terms of it's conditions and cleanliness. The location is fantastic. One can hear only nature sound with birds chirping and water flowing small streams. We can drive an reach a place called Kaykatti. A safe place is there to park our vehicle - From there we go in a Jeep to the resort and is situated in the forest area. The food is just average nothing very great. During booking they mentioned Safari but is was just a jeep ride to some view points. WE did not come across any animals. Bonfire and barbeque was good - for each room it is organized separately. There are not much options for vegetarians. The resort has an RO plant.

Nice experience, Food was very nice. Friendly hosts. Calm & serene place. Its a very interior place. We have to park our cars in a very distant area. They will come with a jeep to pick us. In rainy season there will be leeches.
