Αρχικά να πω οτι η πρώτη εντύπωση μόλις μπήκαμε στο χωρο του ξενοδοχείου, ήταν η καλύτερη. Τοση "ζεστασιά", σαν να μπήκαμε στο σπίτι μας!!! Ο χώρος υποδοχής ηταν φανταστικός, ιδανικός για χαλάρωση. Απο τον φωτισμό και τη μουσική, ως τη θέα και τις λεπτομέρειες διακόσμησης, ολα ήταν άψογα. Μας υποδέχτηκαν με ποτα και ροφήματα. Η Κατερίνα ηταν φιλικότατη και φιλόξενη υπέρ το δεον. Η κ. Ρούλα και ο κ. Γιάννης κατάφεραν να μας κερδίσουν με τη συμπεριφορά και την καλοσύνη τους. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πανέμορφο, παραδοσιακό και άνετο (βολευτήκαμε με 5 παιδιά ). Το πρωινό που μας σέρβιραν, επίσης θα μας μείνει αξέχαστο. Χειροποίητες πίτες, κέικ και γλυκά ολόφρεσκα. Τέλος, ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν τέλειος για να χαρούν τα παιδιά το χιόνι. Φύγαμε με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις!!! Δυσκολεύομαι να βρω τα κατάλληλα επίθετα, πραγματικά, για το πόσο ευχαριστημένοι και "γεμάτοι" φύγαμε. Σίγουρα θα ξανα πάμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, απο καρδιάς, όλους εσάς στη Ρούγα.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel – the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and the place was clean and convenient. Everything was perfect, except for a couple of inconveniences that affected our experience. Unfortunately, the guests next door used their Jacuzzi late into the night, which was extremely noisy. We tried knocking on their door around 1 am, but there was no response. This lack of consideration from fellow guests put a damper on our otherwise wonderful stay. In the morning, we couldn’t take a shower because there was no electricity, which meant no running water. Additionally, the payment system was down, and we had to pay via bank transfer, leaving proof of payment with the hotel. These are just minor concerns. The hotel itself is fantastic, and with more considerate neighbors and no water or electricity issues, it would have been a perfect stay. Next time, we’ll be sure to request a proper Jacuzzi instead of a balneo shower Jacuzzi, and we look forward to coming back to try it again!

Όμορφο, καθαρό και ευρύχωρο το δωμάτιο. Το προσωπικό φιλόξενο και εξυπηρετικό. Νόστιμο πρωινό και σερβίρεται μέχρι αργά (11 η ώρα). Ο χώρος του σπα ωραίος (μπορεί να βελτιωθεί ωστόσο η διακόσμηση) και η κοπέλα που παρέχει τις αντίστοιχες υπηρεσίες περιποίησης, ευγενέστατη. Οι επιπλέον παροχές από την κουζίνα πολύ ακριβές (7ευρώ το κλαμπ σάντουιτς που σερβίρεται με πατατάκια).

Μείναμε εξαιρετικά ευχαριστημένοι από την διαμονή μας στο Rouga mountain boutique suites . Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες , άνετο , ζεστό ,φιλόξενο , ήσυχο και πεντακάθαρο . Η κυρία Ρουλα και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικοί και φιλόξενοι . Η τοποθεσια του καταλύματος ήταν ιδανική καθώς ήταν σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά και πήγαινες με τα πόδια στην κεντρική πλατεία . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα !!!!!

Ένα πολύ όμορφο 2ημερο με την οικογένεια! Πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο προσωπικό, όπου μας βοήθησε και στης εκδρομές μας. Ο ξενώνας είναι στο κέντρο του χωριού. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφτώ! Με την προϋπόθεση ότι θα έχει wifi στο δωμάτιο…….. 🤓

Το κατάλυμα υπόσχεται πολλά περισσότερα από αυτά που προσφέρει στην πραγματικότητα, δεν έπρεπε να έχει πάνω από 80 ευρώ το δωμάτιο,το πρωινό ήταν πολύ κακό,φαινόταν ότι δεν πρόσφεραν φρέσκα τρόφιμα αλλά ξαναζεσταμενα από την προηγούμενη μέρα.Αρκετα ακριβό για το τίποτα!!
