We book this hotel for week in July 2024. Very clean, nice size rooms and facilities. The family that own it are friendly, the staff are great people but we interacted with Fay and Margaret mostly. These two ladies are knowledgeable and great to communicate with. It was a pleasure to stay with them and meet these people. We would 100% return here. Reece!

We have just come back from a six night stay at the Libyan Princess and have to say that this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in for this type of holiday. The hotel is really lovely, the rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are fabulous. It is great that the hotel is situated to the end of town away from the noisier centre, making for a quiet night’s sleep. When we return to Paleochora we will definitely stay at the Libyan Princess again. Oh and thank you to the staff for the entertaining towel craft we came back to every day, honestly that really put a smile in my face each evening.

Dieses Hotel hat schöne Zimmer, einen Pool und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen! Das hervorragende abwechslungsreiche Frühstück ist ebenfalls ein Highlight! Leider mussten wir den Urlaub vorzeitig aufgrund des Hochwassers zu Hause beenden, die Hotelleitung war so freundlich und stornierte kostenlos! Danke

We have left this hotel today after a 6 night stay and what an exceptional hotel. The friendliness and service we received from every single staff member from check in to check out was some of the best we have received in Europe. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and there was lots of choice for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Quattro stelle in una delle più belle località della ormai da noi amata Creta. Personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Camere comode, funzionali e pulitissime. Colazione superlativa. Accogliente ed elegante . Comodo il posto macchina. Prenoteremo sicuramente per il prossimo anno.

Libyan Princess never disappoints us . It’s a stunning property & we’ve been staying in this property many times or every time we visited Paleochora , last visit in 2016,2019,2022 & now 2024. We always request a room overlooking the pool & Mountain View . Staff so friendly & welcoming from reception to bar team . Special shout to our so friendly chambermaid. Kalimera Feli mou !! Location is ideal , only minutes walk to all restaurants & to stoney & sandy beach . Room facilities : WiFi TV Safety box Air con Bathrobe & sleepers Pool towel . For a 4 star hotel ( used to be 5 star ) it’s reasonably priced . We were on our usual tour , flew direct to Santorini , stayed 4 nights there then took ferry to Rethymno this time instead of Heraklion . Went on a day trip to Agia Roumeli or bottom of Samaria Gorge by ferry & it’s always a pleasant trip . Going by bus or taxi back to Chania for a few days stay there , our last destination then fly home to UK. Highly recommend this hotel to any of my family & friends . Ein wunderbares Hotel, tolles und sehr freundliches Personal, das Frühstücksbuffet ist einzigartig, jeden Tag neue Sachen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichteten, das Badezimmer ist toll und die Dusche fantastisch. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet, die Getränke an der Bar schmecken super. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Le nostre 4 notti al Libyan sono state accompagnate dalla gentilezze dello staff, la tranquillità del luogo e, soprattutto, dall' immancabile presenza di Silvester, ribattezzato dai nostri bambini "gatto di cortesia": un simpatico micio bianco e nero, che ci ha fatto compagnia in ogni momento trascorso presso in hotel. La camera assegnataci era ampia, con un ampio soggiorno, bagno con idromassaggio, camera da letto e due balconi. Perfettamente insonorizzata, con letto comodissimo e macchina del caffè Nespresso a disposizione. Aree comuni sempre impeccabili, acqua e frutta a disposizione, insieme a creme solari a bordo piscina. Area colazione piccola ma funzionale, con vasta offerta di dolce, salato e tanta frutta. Parcheggio disponibile. Il Libyan è posizionato a 50 metri dall' inizio della Zona pedonale, chiusa al traffico dalle 19... posizione ideale per passeggiare la sera tra ristorantini e negozietti del centro. Unica pecca, esserci trattenuti per così poco tempo.

Very nice hotel with very clean rooms and common areas and pool. The beds were great and the had free water bottles and tea and instant coffee in the room. In Palaiochora is the best hotel. It is reasonably priced for a 5 star service and the staff is extremely nice and friendly. You cannot find anything better in the center. Breakfast was amazing! We had a room facing the street, but there was no traffic neither was noisy. We had a balcony. They have reserved enclosed parking for free.
