Pet friendly Hotels Pakse

This hotel is in need of a little TLC which is currently taking place but all the important stuff is there. Soft comfy bed, good aircon, good shower and plenty of hot water. Great views of the river and bridge. Great pool and breakfast in a lovely indoor restaurant. The evening restaurant has fantastic views over the river and a good selection of local and international dishes. The building itself and lobby is very impressive and is immediately visible when entering Pakse. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and attentive, particularly the girls on reception who were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and it was our favourite hotel in Laos yet very competitively priced.

Stayed here for two nights in February 2024. Pros: 1) The location is good. It is a short walking distance to the market and shopping area. 2) The view from the rooftop restaurant is the best in the city. 3) The lobby/common area is very spacious and tastefully done. 4) The front desk staff is efficient and spoke decent English. Check-in/check-out process was fast. 5) There is a dedicated travel desk and they helped book all our transportation needs. 6) The WIFI is free with good speed and connectivity. 7) The breakfast is served early and the spread is decent. 8) The room and bathroom were clean. 9) The tariff is cheap. Cons: 1) The food at the rooftop restaurant is terrible. We tried the bruschetta, the pizza, the pad-thai and all were remarkably insipid. 2) Our room was tiny and so was bathroom. There were not enough space to move around in our room.

If you don't like vast concrete edifices and impersonal service, good accommodation is a little hard to find in Pakse. Le Jardin is the exception - a perfectly run boutique hotel with a nice pool and comfortable rooms. The owner, Ms Noi, is an absolute gem who could not do enough for us before, during and after our stay. Ms Noi organised our car from Ubon Ratchathani to the Four Thousand islands in the week before our stay at Le Jardin and personally drove us (for a reasonable fee) from Pakse to Ubon airport at the end of our stay. This made crossing the border both ways at Chong Mek a breeze, where it could otherwise have been quite confusing. The shuttle service to the centre of town works perfectly and it took us on Ms Noi's recommendation to the panoramic rooftop of the Pakse Hotel for dinner, which is an absolute must for its spectacular views and great, well priced food. Thank you again Ms Noi, you really made our trip to southern Laos a very special one indeed.

Very convenient location( 2mins to the big market, clean and very comfortable bed. Wifi is ok. Staff vey nice. Price very reasonable. I have made a mistake in my reservation date that is non refundable, i called the hotel and the kindly accept to change my date. It was for 3 rooms. Thank you. Hotel needs is to be taken care a little bit. Parking spot is kind of limited. Recommend it!

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bed is XXL. The staff is very avenging and listening. The cleanliness is impeccable. Breakfast is varied and extensive. The swimming pool corner on the roof is very sympathetic. The hotel also offers bike rentals and transfers to the city and airport.

Super clean rooms, very nice breakfast and superb food. But the host she is probably the most friendly and helpful woman in this world. Once arrived there I got infected with Dengue fever and ended up in the hospital for a week. She brought me food and drinks 3 times a day and helped me with translation and transport for my entire stay at the hospital, all free of charge. I can not thank her enough for what she did to me as she was the light in a very difficult period. I would highly recommend this place and whenever I am back in Pakse, there will be only 1 hotel I will stay in. Thank you so much for everything!!!!!!!

The location of the hotel is very good. Although there are some years, the deluxe room is clean and the space is not small. The air conditioning is very powerful. The hot water is acceptable. The opposite is a local most mainstream friendship convenience store. There is also a very emotional French coffee shop on the side. There is a very low price diagonally opposite the intersection. But the staff is very hardworking Lao massage shop, the bridge by the Mekong River is less than 500 meters away from this hotel, there is a large-scale temple under the bridge wat luang, the hotel is about 600 meters away from a nearby night market (market), in short, everything here is very convenient, The hotel also has its own noodle shop (known locally) and exchange stores, and the RMB exchange rate is better than the official.

Enjoy my stayed and very beautiful nature waterfall, everythings amazing to see nature. Thank you all staff so helpful and friendly. Welcoming at reception lovely smile. I will be back after this pandemics.
