The place was spacious and clean. The owner provided clear step-by-step instructions before my arrival to the place. There were free bottles of water. It’s also very near impact arena where the venue of the concert I was attending was happening. I was able to walk to the venue and back from the hotel quite often. Thank you for a great experience!

location is super , very near to to impact arena . Room Is big enough to open all the luggage. nearby got variable food choices and 711 just 2 min away .

The room was everything we wished for, very close walking distance to Impact Arena/Challenger, close to convenience store and street restaurant. Towels, soap, sample of hair treatment are available and we appreciated it. Two bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived, spacious room, calm. The owner was very helpful if we had any questions on how to check in/out, really quick answers, it allowed us to enjoy our stay and not to worry about anything, I recommend 100%!

room is not far from exhibition to location, easy travel everything is good Next time you stay again.

The owner was really accommodating and helped me with my questions, detailed informsation about how and what to do for check in and check out. Amenity wise, I only had an electric kettle but anything else can be solved otherwise. Maybe have hanger for towels inside the toilet. But overall a good experience.

Ms.Anna is very kind and hospitable lady 😊 After landing, I’ve noticed her that I have croccyx fracture and can’t bring the luggage by myself to the apartments. She met me with her house keeper and son near the building, and all of them helped me with the luggage 🥹 The next day, at night her housekeeper came to me to help open the door. And when I checked out , the housekeeper helped me with luggage again in the early morning. She is also a nice woman. The apartment is clean, and has everything you need. Even several bottles of water. The building is near Impact Hall and Cosmo Bazaar. So you can eat, shop and attend the concert almost at the same area. I truly recommend Ms. Anna’s apartment.

I booked accommodation close to the concert on Day 6. The room was clean and easy to find. I couldn't find the entrance to the community, but a water delivery worker took the initiative to show me inside. Everyone was very kind. The room was also easy to find. The soundproofing was a little lacking, but it was very close after the concert, a 10-minute walk away. There were also many good restaurants along the street. It was a very enjoyable trip.

The admin responded quickly. The room was clean, the water pressure was strong, and the drainage system was good. The room was probably recently renovated. The only problem was that the refrigerator had a smell, and you have to walk to a motorcycle taxi stand or a food court. However, it wasn't a problem. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was very clean. It was newly renovated and had all new furniture. The air conditioning was incredibly cold, at 25 degrees Celsius without any adjustment. The bathroom was also new, but if you don't like cramped spaces, you'll have to accept it. For me, it wasn't a problem because I've stayed in other buildings before. However, it might be inconvenient to enter the building because you have to wait for people to enter and exit. We only need to use a key card to enter and exit. The TV signal wasn't very good, but the picture was clear but choppy. Overall, the room was very well equipped: a table, closet, bed, clothes rack, refrigerator, kettle, plates, bowls, spoons. Pet water, towels, slippers, and hangers were provided. I wish there was a hair dryer included. I'll stay there again. It was really nice. The owner was lovely and responded quickly to messages. Also, there were only a few power outlets, with one next to the bed.
