Beautiful view from the room on a high floor. Very clean. Lovely staff, kind, welcoming and helpful. Amazing tasty food whether the breakfast or the à la carte lunch.

Stay in the building C5 suitable for working on the Impact, easy to find food, easy to walk to theImpact. But the price rate during the accommodation is a bit strong. Bedding, towels may look a bit old. But the owner of the room is good, there is a problem, call to inform the service. I repeat the owner of the room.

Environment: I accidentally found this resort which is close but not in the city because I was watching a concert. The whole hotel is fragrant. The park scenery is beautiful and there is a river at the end. It is quiet and will not be disturbed. Breakfast also has local flavors and stir-fried dishes and Western food. Satisfied ~ I will come again next time I watch a show

The room is relatively clean, the front desk service is very good, they will patiently answer questions, they can speak a little Chinese, and they will take you to the venue for free at any time. Just ask directly. It's a good experience

Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it. Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too. There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go. You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.) The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

Overall OK, the hotel has been around for a long time and is a little old. Rooms on the renovated side are better. The room is spacious. Breakfast is ok. The location is good. Not far from Don Mueang Airport. Book with Trip and get a very good price.
