The room design is very unique and beautiful. The whole hotel environment is like a fairy tale. The swans walk around and are not afraid of people. However, many facilities are hard to describe. For example, the children's club lacks activities and facilities suitable for older children. The opening hours are also very short. The baby can't stay during lunch time. The bicycle does not have a seat suitable for small children. The shower water is very small and uncomfortable. The room is on the basement floor and there is no elevator.
