K-Hills The Terrace

Very disappointing.. If you think of it as a hotel and make a reservation, you should never do it.. I was surprised the moment I got off the elevator and the marble was all raised up so I almost fell over, but there was no safety information at the information desk.. I liked it because it was a high-rise building, but they just put up tape in the hallway and greeted the guests. I felt like I was being made fun of. Also, when I went into the bathroom, it smelled musty and rotten, so I strongly thought that a previous guest had overused it. It was so disgusting and dirty that I couldn't even use it, and I kept the bathroom door closed. I wanted to change rooms, but I reserved a room with a spa, so I just used it. There were some things in the spa that didn't work, and it was a cold wave, so even when I turned up the temperature, the temperature didn't go up, and there was a strong wind. They should have put an electric blanket on the bed.. Service? It's just laughable.

파주 운정신도시에 위치한 곳이라 주변 인프라가 좋습니다. 룸이 매우 넓고 시야가 트여있습니다. 테라스도 좋았습니다.

주차장이 좀 복잡한데 카운터에 이야기하면 건너편 주차타워 주차가능합니다. 단 1회만 주차비지원. 중간에 출차하면 안됩니다.

I booked it just to sleep, but I couldn't sleep until 3am because of the night noise even when I closed the door.

Nice surprise. I thought the area was further away from Seoul than that but no. 45 minutes by subway. Lively and recent area with lots of bars and restaurants. The view from the room was magnificent and big + with the presence of the washing machine and especially the authorization to use it (which was not the case during a previous trip to another hotel)
