Owner-run and operated, the staff were exceptionally friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was perfect every day, freshly baked 'real' bread, fresh fruit and juices, and eggs any way you want them, all served with a lovely smile. Proper coffee too (though only filter). Rooms are simple, clean, and good beds. Water hot! For a value-for-money place to sleep and get away from the hustle of the beachfront places, we recommend this hotel

Villa Kiota ist wunderbarer Ort der Ruhe im Trubel von Paje. Hier ist alles sehr familiär und freundlich. Es wird Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und Nähe zu den Einwohnern gelegt, um die regionale Wirtschaft und Kultur zu unterstützen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Das köstliche Frühstück wird jede Morgen frisch zubereitet mit Zutaten aus der örtlichen Umgebung. Die Inhaber stehen gerne und kompetent mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und unterstützen auf Wunsch auch bei der Organisation von Ausflügen.

Villa Kiota is a charming, well located guesthouse about 20 yards from the beach in Paje. Owners Sadat and Elske are always on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Delicious breakfast options; clean. comfy, well designed rooms and common areas. My stay was effortless and too short. I will be back.

Scrivo questa recensione per ringraziare i proprietari che, a seguito di un overbooking hanno saputo offrirci una soluzione alternativa in tempi rapidi e garantendoci un'altra sistemazione vicino alla loro. L'alloggio che ci hanno trovato per il periodo incriminato soddisfava le nostre esigenze e ci ha permesso di goderci ugualmente la vacanza. Villa Kiota nella sua semplicità ci ha piacevolmente stupito, pulizia, cordialità e disponibilità sono i punti di forza di questa realtà a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia. La location è strategica, sia per addentrarsi nel villaggio di Paje che per godere della vita in spiaggia. Colazioni deliziose servite nel pergolato con vista sul giardino tropicale. Un piccolo B&B che ti fa sentire a casa. Grazie mille dell'ospitalità!

Wonderful experience with this family owned hotel . Everything is very good and the owners and their stuff try to do their best so you feel good there . 20 meters to the beach of Paje , you can see the ocean from the 2 nd floor.

Villa Kiota is a perfect homely, comfortable, peaceful, relaxed haven, set back from the beach but with views of the sea from the verandah. The owner managers, Sadat and Elske take great care to make sure guests are welcome and are on hand to offer all advice so all guests' requirements are met. Delightful staff. Having 7 rooms means the atmosphere is intimate and friendly. Larger places would never be so flexible as to readily offer an 11am breakfast for guests choosing an early morning excursion. Mouth watering breakfast selection including Smoothie of the Day. Inspiring special touches like handmade clove soap to wash with. Three days stay was far too short. We'll be back!

Grande casa con giardino a pochi metri dalla (bellissima) spiaggia di Paje, con camere ampie, pulite e rifornite di tutto quello che serve. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, grande offerta di escursioni, colazione abbondante e con prodotti di prima qualità. Tornerei immediatamente!

Location molto carina, un villino con poche camere, ben curate, e un giardino con spazi comuni, colazione molto buona e abbondante, a 20 m dal mare e vicino ai tanti bar/ristoranti/locali che ci sono sulla spiaggia, proprietari gentili e disponibili, cercano in tutti i modi di accontentarti... consigliatissimo!!!!

Rooms very clean, top hospitality and a variety of tour proposed by Sadat are the receipt of villa Kiota, but the real gem of this b&b is the breackfast with fresh fruit, bread with butter and jam, juice and a proposal from the menu like porridge, omlette or pancakes! We loved this place during our week spent in Paje! ASANTE SANA! Kevin
