Estamos todavía alojados en el hotel, hab. 366 y es el tercer año que venimos y eso que no nos gustaba repetir hotel, pero éste lo merece. Buena situación, buen personal, buena comida, lo tiene todo. Tuvimos un problema a la llegada al hotel y nos lo solucionaron. La playa está a escasos metros del hotel, grande y el agua estupenda. Cerca de tiendas y comercios. Recomendable.

Bon hôtel ,un peu bruyant du fait d'un club en face. La propreté est excellente, la nourriture est variée et de bonne qualité. Le service y est impeccable, surtout la réception. Le seul point négatif est le "all inclusive " qui est que sur certaines boissons. Le snack est excellent et disponible

Un hotel que recomiendo 100%. Está en un lugar de ensueño y tiene buena ubicación. La cercanía a una de las mejores playas de Fuerteventura hacen que sea un destino preferido para aquellos que busca tranquilidad y descanso. Aparte el pueblito de Morrojable es un lugar muy encantador para visitar.

Byliśmy z żoną w maju na tygodniowy pobyt. Hotel położony w najlepszej z możliwych lokalizacji w samym centrum miejscowości tuż przy oceanie. Zaledwie kilkanaście kroków dzieli nas od chyba najpiękniejszej plaży na całej Fuercie. Ogromna piaszczysta plaża z piękną błękitną laguną. Co do samego hotelu budynek nie należy do najnowszych ale widać wkład w renowacje do dzisiejszych standardów. W pełni zasłużone 4 gwiazdki. Ogólnie teren hotelu zadbany i czysty. Wyżywienie all bardzo bogate i smaczne, kazdy znajdzie coś dla siebie nie zależnie na jakiej diecie się znajduje, wybór ogromny od owoców i warzyw, przez sery, mięsa, ryby i owoce morza. Gorąco polecamy jeśli ktoś wybiera się w tamtej rejon wyspy. Obsługa hotelowa na najlepszym poziomie mili i uśmiechnięci ludzie którzy służą pomocą. Wielkie brawa dla Pana animatora który okazał się skarbnica talentów od strzelania z łuku po cudowny śpiew. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie

The Good - The rooms, pool area & restaurant are clean & staff in all areas work hard & are helpful. The Bad - The FOOD IS VERY POOR mainly the meat & fish to say its a 4* the food is not good for this reason we would not return. Location is great right next to the gorgeous beach. We have been to Jandia many times but usually stay in the Riu Calypso where the food is excellent. The drinks were ok but not one Cocktail was included in the AL inc. They want you to pay 18 euros for a premium package on top of the cost of your holiday. No ice cteams or bottled water were included either. The entertainment was good but the HUT is run down, dark & dismal i think it needs brightening up & painting a brighter colour. The rooms are dated & no double bed but they were very clean. We would not return i think if the quality of the food was improved then maybe!

Stayed at this hotel for my first solo trip. Resort is nice with lovely sandy beaches. Hotel is well equipped, no shortage of sun loungers. Plenty of souvenir and other shops nearby. Beach is 5 mins from the hotel. There are some nice restaurants and bars which are approx 15 mins walk away. Room was ok. It had a safe at an incremental cost. Bar well stocked. Entertainment staff on site for exercise and other activities. Food was ok, not the best all inclusive I’ve had but it met the need. I enjoyed my stay but if I returned to the resort, I’d probably stay closer to the restaurants and bars.

A fabulous hotel steeped in history. The staff are so attentive in service with quality. The quality of menus throughout the day is a testament to the chefs. From reception to housekeeping, I highly commend the high standards set. Bar and food service staff are attentive in their jobs, continuously endeavouring to excel in customer expectations.

Una vez más, hemos elegido este hotel. Muy bien, nos encanta. Muy buena ubicación, buen trato del personal , buena comida y limpieza en habitaciones (en esta ocasión la situación en la tercera planta fue ideal, sin ruidos; en primera planta, por zona de aparcamientos, suele haber más ruidos). En general, los trabajadores son muy amables y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. Sin duda, volveremos. Observación: si se paga por la plaza de aparcamiento, hay que intentar que la salida o entrada de este esté libre; en esta ocasión, no siempre ha sido así.
