Fue una muy grata estancia. Extrema atención de todo el personal, desde la cálida acogida de Luc en recepción la noche de llegada hasta el último día de estancia. Todos extremadamente amables y serviciales. Buena ubicación del hotel, y estupenda habitación. Excelente servicio de restauración. Todo propició una estancia inmejorable

Wir waren zum 1. Mal im RIU Palace Jandia und haben uns von Anfang an herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Das gesamte Personal ist zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und super freundlich. Die Zimmer sind komplett neu renoviert wie auch das gesamte Hotel. Die Zimmer waren top sauber, der Ausblick zum Meer grandios! Die RIU Buffets sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen sind exzellent. Riesige Auswahl, Abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Ein rundherum gelungener Urlaub, leider nur für eine Woche…

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, das Essen war hervorragend, der Service war regelrecht perfekt. Wir hatten Zimmer 4115 mit einem wundervollen Ausblick. Einzig die vielen Stufen im Hotel haben uns nicht gefallen. Der Strand und das Meer waren schnell erreichbar, fußläufig sind sind Restaurants und Shops erreichbar

Amazing experience
Amazing experience at hotel Riu, we throughly enjoyed our stay! The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a large selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Very clean and in a great location for shops.

Situato nel centro di Morro Jable, di fronte (sopra) ad una bella e lunghissima spiaggia. La struttura, negli spazi comuni, non mi è sembrata al livello di strutture di altri 5 stelle alle Canarie, anche della stessa catena. Hall anonima, banco reception striminzito, sala ristorante con parziale vista su un distributore di benzina, bar alla piscina (unico operativo) imbarazzante, struttura un poco labirintica. La camera invece, rinnovata di recente, era di ottimo livello sia come dimensioni che come arredamento. Ottimo e spazioso anche il bagno, con una doccia enorme e area separata per il WC. Si mangia bene, considerando che la maggior parte della clientela è teutonica … ottimi gli arrosti. Personale molto cortese. Le camere con “vista mare laterale” hanno anche la vista su una strada molto trafficata, ma una volta chiusa la finestra risultano molto silenziose.

On arrival we were checked in by friendly and efficient reception staff. Our room was spacious, clean with a large shower we also had a lovely sea view. The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well. Dining was fairly good there is something for everyone. There was evening entertainment not really our thing but some guests seemed to enjoy it. The hotel is set above a great beach. Sunbeds on the beach at 5E for each item. Lots of steps to navigate to reach the beach so maybe not such a good choice if mobility is an issue. The staff are friendly, hardworking and a credit to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable and comfortable experience. Will will hopefully return again soon.

Fabulous stay as usual we stay twice a year for the last few years and I can say from start of the holiday until the end nothing is to much trouble we are well looked after and can't wait for September.
