Stayed one night in room number one. There was a loud humming noise coming from outside the bedroom window. I spoke to the hotel about this and was told the appliance would turn off at 9pm. We came back from the gig around 11.30pm and it was still running. It continued to turn on and off throughout the night. If we had been staying longer i would have complained and moved rooms. There are other reviews on here about noise issues in this hotel.

Great experience. Lunch with extended family and B&B with immediate family. Exceptional service from male supervisor who was very polite and attentive throughout despite restaurant being really busy. Family suite/room was spotless. Food was excellent and supports local businesses through links with local baker, butcher and coffee suppliers.

I spent a night in the Mill and Brae Hotel, in Paisley. It is a short drive from the town centre. There are buses that go by the hotel regularly. I found the room to be really comfortable, the staff were lovely, and I really enjoyed my dinner and my breakfast. There is also plenty of parking. Mill and Brae also have event space.

Start with only slight negative car park could do with some TLC. Beautiful entrance and reception area. A Warm welcome on arrival for the 4 of us for our afternoon tea, 2 vegans,. great service and attention to detail from Martin, excellent food well presented. Will definitely return.

I was so impressed with Mill & Brae!! The atmosphere, the room, the restaurant!! The best part was the staff, we felt so welcome by Martin he greeted us at the front, gave us advice on bus and train to get around and then we enjoyed dinner and cocktails (thank you Martin). We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend!!

Had a very tasty lunch a couple of days ago in the main restaurant, both my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Served by Martin the supervisor who was very pleasant. The only negative... the pot holes in the car park...otherwise a lovely place

A group of us went here for afternoon tea and it was lovely. Martin served us and was fantastic with us. Only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars was that the selection of cakes in the afternoon tea wasn’t reflective of the cakes that were on display on the counter but Martin very kindly swapped some of the cakes when I mentioned this to him. Would definitely go back again. Thank you.
