Stayed for two nights on Sunday and Monday. The hotel facilities are too old. It is recommended to consider updating the door locks on the glass doors. When I was admitted to a room facing the garage, I opened the curtains and saw a large pile of iron. The hotel costs for these two nights are not expensive, so the difference is not too big.
The location is great, only a 10-minute walk to the pier and a few minutes' drive to the supermarket.

The name is grand and the pictures are beautiful, but it is actually a motel. The decoration style is 1990s style, the facilities are old, the hygiene is worrying, and the bed sheets have blood stains. The key is that the price is extremely high. Living in a shabby motel for 2,000 yuan is really unacceptable.

Hotel was below. No A/C in the bedroom, EXTREMELY NOISY as well. Shower pressure was crap, super overpriced. Only good thing about it was you could hear the waves from the ocean at night and bed was semi decent.

I really enjoyed my stay in Paihia and the Sea Spray accommodation was lovely. We had a sea view it was a short walk to both the town and to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds which I highly recommend. We made use of the guest laundry which was free. Would recommend they get double glazing though as people with loud music filling up at the petrol station next door in the night did on occasion disturb our sleep.

Very clean, great views of the beach and a lovely cafe next door. Very close to Waitangi treaty house and Russell passenger ferry.
We enjoyed our stay at the Sea spray suites.
