Clean & great location The staff is very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome. They were very flexible on the check in and check out. We chose this place because it had a family room and of its location. Only 5 mins to the beach and main food street. The downside is the parking is not available but there is a paid parking storey opposite so was fine and we enjoyed our stay!!

A huge thank you to Carl and Tace for their kindness. It was totally unexpected to be upgraded for me and my twin sisters birthday getaway weekend break in Paignton 🎂. I have stayed in lots of hotels for work and pleasure as a frequent traveller and would rate this as the best in all regards! The loving decor matching the house period, warm welcome, hot (and speedy!) breakfast service made to order, and the incredibly comfy bed (you could tell it was new and high quality!). His beautiful photography on the walls showing the local area and cards from happy guests up on the notice board with heartfelt kind messages. The comedy venue for a well known comedian touring was only a few minutes up the road (excellent directions!) and the sea a few yards down the road from the guest house. It felt safe even at night to walk around for us two small young ladies and superb local restaurants within a short walking distance. A huge thank you for the wonderful and memorable short holiday which I wish had been longer. We will certainly be back to this lovely seaside stay. A++

Beautifully maintained B&B, well appointed and very comfortable rooms. Attentive service by Carl & Tace - always happy to chat and are a wealth of local knowledge. Property is conveniently located for all of Paignton's attractions and is only a short stroll from the railway station. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely Guest House. Best sleep ever! Tace & Carl are very friendly & welcoming - cater to your dietary requirements if needed & have plenty of information & knowledge of where to visit. Ten minutes walk from train/bus station & seafront. Highly recommend.

We visited as a family with our two year old daughter. Carl messaged up prior and ensured the sleeping arrangements were sufficient and asked if we required more blankets for our daughter. The room itself was immaculate and quiet. Carl was very accommodating throughout our stay. Thank you both.

We spent two nights there as a family (in the family room). A very warm welcome from Carl and Tace, who were always ready to listen to our needs and gave us great advice on sightseeing. A very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable house, very close to the beach. An excellent continental breakfast (the fresh fruit salad was particularly appreciated). We recommend!!!
