Great location, less than 50M from the sea front and bars and restaurants. Excellent value for money. The room was very clean, nice big bathroom and included a small drinks fridge. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be saving this little Gem for when I travel south again.

Just a flying visit to Paignton, and I only needed a room for one night, but I'd stay here again if I'm in the area.
Warm and friendly welcome, comfortable room with a bigger than usual en-suite. Bed was comfy, and slept really well.
Bespoke breakfast options, ordered the night before. Just a sausage sandwich for me, but full English available, and it looked very good. Nice feeling to the place, family run and friendly. Thanks 😊

Wonderful B&B!
Fantastic B&B one minute from the beachfront. Mo is a great host, very friendly & helpful. Everything ran like clockwork & the breakfast was generous & very tasty. It was particularly nice sitting out front chatting to other residents, Mo & her family and even locals who stop by for a chat & a cuppa. All in all a perfect B&B.
