The shower was disgusting. It was a pity that I couldn't take a photo in time. The sanitary conditions were also worrying.

The villa is located by the Pai river with short walking distance to night market. We got the room at competitive rate. The bed was alright but only 2 pillows for queen bed, with a bad conditioned bathroom which I feel uneasy to step inside. Bathroom door is squeaking sharply too

The view of the garden in front of the deluxe accommodation and the mountain across the street is really nice.
The bungalow at the other accommodation had a lot of bugs, so it was scary.
There were almost no bugs or mosquitoes here.
What's a bit odd is that if you go for a walk-in, the price may be more expensive.
As of July 2022, the deluxe villa is set at 700 baht.
If the internet price is cheaper, it is better to just make a reservation.
The downside is that there is no breakfast and the reception staff does not speak English well.
The reception was open until 9pm.
It closed early perhaps because there were no customers.
There is no separate hair dryer in the room, so you have to rent one from reception.
