The lodging was still under construction. The view was nice.

We made a reservation from Trip App for two days between 03 - 05.12.2023. But we could only stand here for 1 night and left this dirty establishment early the next morning. Neither Google nor the Trip app's photos reflect reality, they are definitely not real images. We are a couple traveling all over Asia and staying in many places. We do not worry about comfort or the shortcomings of the facility, we only care about cleanliness and a little care. This is a very, very dirty place. The bed linens are torn and full of cigarette marks, the towels are stained, the walls are stained, dead flies, dead spiders, and cobwebs are everywhere in the room. The garden and common area are full of garbage etc. etc. I think Tony's Guesthouse is a business that is about to go bankrupt, but I'm sorry Tony, you can't give people such a sloppy and dirty room. Let's say you did, you have to do something to make up for it. Thailand is a country of polite people, but the same is not true for Tony's Guesthouse. Unless you are in a very difficult situation and it is not free, stay somewhere else. I am sharing the photo of the room we stayed in. Please check. And don't trust the Trip app. Trip app tricked us by showing us different photos and then did not help us and gave us a coin for almost $2, but our 2 night stay was ruined. We expected Trip App to refund at least 1 night of our stay. Agoda and Booking applications are more reliable. We will make our future reservations through other Apps.

The location is great, quiet but only a 20 minute walk into town. From the hut you have a great view of the mountains in good weather. Unfortunately, the accommodation was not particularly well maintained, a lot is broken but not repaired, such as the ceiling, towel rails or the railing on the balcony. The air conditioning also turned out to be a fan in the room. Due to the many openings to the outside, you should be able to deal with animals, especially in the bathroom I had a lot of spiders and mosquitoes as roommates. Unfortunately, I found the cleanliness to be very bad, it felt like it hadn't been swept for a long time, dirty mirrors, bed linen washed but stains still visible, towels came with any spores or similar? For the price and experience I thought it was ok, will definitely be remembered.

Great price, not far from Pai city. The service staff is very good. I like it.
