Firstly, the good things: The hotel and more specifically the grounds/location are really stunning! You can see that great effort has gone into renovating the complex and maintaining it to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful (despite the presence of a communication barrier sometimes). The main concern: The one thing I would say needs work/substantial improvement however is the restaurant; in particular creating some sort of awareness of Food Safety and Hygiene.... A buffet with uncovered meats, fruits and dairy in 28 degrees Celsius for 3 hours, with all windows and doors open, is not appropriate; illustrated by the swarms of flies (i.e vectors of disease) around the food. The low point was on one morning, I cut a bread roll in half to make a sandwich also, to be horrified by the site of a larvae in the centre of the roll. None of this is safe, appropriate or acceptable in a hotel that charges "luxurious 5 star hotel" prices. The hotel has huge potential but unfortunately considerable work is still needed to justify charging such a price!

Todos os funcionários foram os mais amáveis, disponíveis e afáveis que alguma vez encontrei. O bungalow, em frente ao mar, proporciona uma vista maravilhosa e muito conforto. As refeições são ótimas e muito bem apresentadas. Um pedaço de paraíso!

Currently closed for refurbishment. Boat trip took around the resort and beaches and major refurb is in progress. Spoke to a waiter at Sundy Praia who previously worked at Bob Bom and thoroughly recommended it. No idea when the resort will be open again.

Pretendia almoçar neste hotel com o meu grupo e foi uma deceção, estava fechado com ar de abandono tudo descuidado e sujo O melhor resort da ilha foi uma verdadeira desilusão Bem fiz o passeio de barco nesse passeio comtemplamos as mais bonitas praias de Príncipe também vimos baleias

É um ditou maravilhoso com 2 praia diferentes e o ilhéu com o restaurante muito bom o staf muito simpático, só os bangalows é que estão antiquados precisam de reforma , convém tomar os comprimidos para a malária e levar repelente para os mosquitos e um gel para por debdd as oco da porta para evitar entrada de baratas , os bangalows são a 6 m da praia e quem gosta de snorkel é brutal
