Awesome Villa very accomodating and clean, Friendly staffs..

My family stayed here for 1 night. The room is well kept and comfortable. The kids love the pool. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Palm Grove. 👍

Location is 2 min walk to beach. Foods are really good. Piping to toilet bowl tank, however, had water leakage. Overall, i would still recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay here with my friends. I totally recommend this hotel; staffs are accommodating, clean room, pet-friendly hotel, on-site parking and restaurant. We also enjoyed the food! The only issue, sometimes their Wi-Fi is weak and only available in some areas. You can also visit their white sand beach, just 3 to 5 minutes walk. Will be back soon with my family. We were about to book for Holy Week. We send a message in FB messenger about our inquiry. I called the resort and they advised us about the rate and about the down payment. I asked them to send an email indicating how much we need to settle and other details. But they said that they cannot do that because it's their policy that only paid customer will be sent an email. For my protection as a customer I asked them to just message it in FB messenger but they failed to do it. They just sent a screen shot of their bank details. So I accepted it but before I make a deposit I asked about cancellation policy. All of a sudden I received a message that someone already booked and I cannot proceed with our booking. They even gave me 24hours to settle but they did not give me a chance to. I was frustrated and called them. Ofcourse I raised my voice but I never said any foul words. The staff just hang up the phone and wheneve I call them they just dropped the call. They even blocked me with FB messenger so I cannot send anymore message to them. What kind of resort is this? No proper handling of customers. When you call them they don't even ask for your details they just ask you to pay without discussing the policy. Giving lead time of 24hours but it's been just 3hours and yet they decided to give the reservation to someone! Very unprofessional! I hope the owner of the resort will get this review.

We had a great stay here with my family. We are a group of 14 pax and booked their superior and family room. Rooms are spacious and clean!! This hotel is also a dog friendly hotel, we bought our 3 dogs (shih tzu, frenchie and pomeranian) with us and they are allowed inside the room and restaurant ❤. Staffs are accommodating and friendly too! Especially Lexus, the cutest receptionist I've ever encountered. Look for Lexus always! 🤣 Sorry i forgot to take pictures with him. Oh, he is the owner's dog btw. 😅 who greets everyone with a wagging tail 🥰 I also recommend their food. The restaurant is a must try!! We spent roughly 2,600 for a good dinner meal for us all 14. We can say it was very sulit! Foods were delicious, big servings too. kudos to your chefs! We even ordered the exact same dishes for lunch before we left because it was very gooood 🤭 we ordered nilagang baka, sinigang na baboy, sisig bangus, pinakbet with bagnet, beef with ampalaya, bbq pork and bbq chicken. Two thumbs up!!! Their pools too are well maintained. Suprisingly, pool water was warm when we tried it. It was raining lightly but we did not mind since the water was warm enough. We totally enjoyed it. And the best part is the hotel is just near the white sand beach! Just 3 minutes walk! We stayed aug 15-16, there arent much guests/tourists around so we felt like we rented some parts of the beach and the hotel 😝. Though it was a very exhausting long ride, I can it was all worth it. it was ok just some strange policy of no outside food can be brought into room and the wifi weak in the room better by the pools. the staff is very good and accommodating, restaurant prices a little pricy compare to others in same area.rooms have no room with 3 beds in a family room.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in March 2022. It is very reasonably priced for the location and amenities. Even though it's not on the beach, it is 1-2 minutes walk to a beautiful spot by the beach. The property has 2 swimming pools which are well maintained and an onsite restaurant (adults and kids). Onsite parking available as well. The breakfast was included and well worth the price. Even the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The room even though it was basic, was clean, hot water was available and the beds were comfortable. TV had English channels as well. WiFi was ok. The staff were very friendly and accommodated any requests. (like drinking water for the room or extra towels) It's a very peaceful place to stay and gets all the basics right. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Pagudpud.

I came across this resort hotel on line. It was peak period and it was quite hard to look for accommodations in Pagudpud. I liked what was written on its website, so I immediately made my reservation. A 3D/2N reservation. I rented a drop-off service van from Laoag. We travelled for about an hour and a half. We initially had a hard time looking for the place. When we arrived, I immediately dozed off and rested. It was a small and simple room on the second floor. Air-conditioned, with TV set, and its own toilet and shower room. Towels and toilet papers were provided, as well as basic toiletries ... shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. But no toothpaste, no slippers, no bathrobe, etc. Luckily I always bring all these things with me. One good thing I particularly like about this hotel is its proximity to the beach. It's practically a 2-3 minute walk. It also has its own restaurant, souvenir stall, and two small swimming pools. WI-FI is available in some areas. Unfortunately not in my room. Food is good, and staff service is friendly and efficient. They even helped me organize my day tour around the region. Thumbs up! :D
