Overall a good experience with the staff being super friendly. The location was right next to the beach which had an amazing view. The restaurant also served some delicious food.

The staff at Evangeline Beach Resort were very kind and great to work with. They helped make my mother (82 y/o) very comfortable during our stay, including accommodating her dietary preferences. :) Saud beach is beautiful and Evangeline’s restaurant on the beach offers a great selection of filipino and western dishes with an amazing view & ambiance. The hotel itself offers basic amenities and the a/c works well. We enjoyed 3 nights for a perfectly leisurely stay. Special thanks to Raya and our driver Alvin for taking such great care of us. I would love to visit Saud Beach again and would recommend staying here.

The hotel room needs renovations. All appliances and equipment are old, like door lock. For price of $68, it should include free breakfast

It was overall an outrageous experience! I booked a stay good for 10
persons.
First when we checked in, no staff was ready to welcome the guest then they provide us with a different room because they said a/c is not working. Next they PROHIBIT us from using the common pool amenity because they said some other tourist rented the pool exclusively. It was a bad bad bad experience and wont come back there for sure.

Hotel location - easy access to the beach. Very friendly staff.
Bathroom sink is clogged and they were not able to fix it. We stayed at 3rd floor Room 5 and bathroom is too small. No space to move around. Restaurant served uncooked chicken (Mango chicken )

Very nostalgic rooms. The design of the rooms takes me back to the good old times when I was visiting my grandparents' house in the province. The bed was super comfy and the AC was cold. The shower included a heater which was very good. Overall, the room I stayed in was very nice!

1. Electricity goes out, the generator does not kick in. 2. You can order food ahead of time, but service is SUPER slow 3. Water pressure on the toilet, faucet, and showers were low. 4. Hot water? Virtually nonexistent. 5. Wi-Fi is slow. 6. The facility seems old and not in a pristine well kept condition.

We book this accommodation for the kids to enjoy. 1st the family rooms that we book was not given to us. They only made a make shift family room. The swimming pool that was suppose the highly of tge trip because that was what the kids love most was made exclusive for other guest without informing us before hand. They made us use a diffirent pool from another resort which is not kid friendly. The point is that they should not give false information on the booking site. If they made this decision, the other clients should be informed beforehand so that we can decide whether to push thriugh with the booking or not.
