Club Wyndham Pagosa

This is a beautiful property with lovely apartments of various sizes. Below, I will describe the problem we encountered, but want to emphasize that the management of Club Wyndham took excellent care of us. I couldn't recommend them higher. OK, here goes. The day we checked in, we were informed that the property was having a WiFi issue, an issue which persisted through all of Day 2. It was inconvenient, but not overly so. Then on the morning of Day 3, we awoke to a serious plumbing problem. Apparently, the fiber optics guy had accidentally punctured the sewer line. We couldn't use any of the plumbing in our unit, which meant no toilet and no shower. We had to drive to the main office to use the office restroom. We weren't angry, but we were a bit distressed, because we were missing our morning activity. But this sort of thing could happen anywhere and it in no way reflects any carelessness on the part of the Club Wyndham management. At the front desk, we were offered two options: 1) go find something else to do for three hours while the crew finished the repair and aired out our unit (it smelled like sewer), or 2) move to another unit. Both solutions were inconvenient, but we figured that if we could move, we could get back to our plans more quickly. The management very kindly offered us a massive upgrade, so we spent the rest of our vacation in a lakeside unit with a balcony--which we couldn't have afforded on our own dime. This event and the solution turned out to be the best part of our vacation. This was a crummy situation, but Club Wyndham personnel handled it the very best way possible. Thank you! We'll be back.

Literally everyone from the grounds staff to housekeeping, to the office staff were extremely nice, but April and Lisa went above and beyond and upgraded us to a waterfront room when I accidentally booked a room overlooking the parking lot because the third party vendor I booked with did not show pictures. I asked if they could do it, hoping for the best, explaining that it was our 26th wedding anniversary and our first experience at Pagosa springs, and happily, April and Lisa accommodated us, and for that we are very grateful. In fact, every time we come to Pagosa Springs we will be staying here! I hope the management sees this and gives them both a raise! You better! Or I may hire them for my company, lol!

We are so thankful we stayed at Whyndham Pagosa. The location and amenities were perfect. We loved the loft we stayed in with the view of the lake and mountains plus it was completely updated and spacious!

Location is good and near enough to town and restaurants as well as Walmarts, yet it is also quiet and has nice views of the lake and golf course. We found it to be very nice and would absolutely stay again

Units were just ok Floors were dirty needed a good mopping Microwave didn't work Tried making popcorn would not work THRESHOLD ON FRONT DOOR YOU COULD SEE SUNLIGHT not to speak of the spiders I killed. Planned a 3 night stay checked out early

The apt was clean and up to date. Everything worked. Having a washing machine was a great convenience since the granddaughters were in the pool or the river every day. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Everyone was very nice. No complaints.
