Самый ужасный отель в мире. Нам пришлось тут очень горько.
Приехали поздно вечером, уставшие, забронировали 2 номера. Один номер случайно на соседнюю дату. Оплату списали сразу.
Вместо сотрудника ресепшена стоит большой компьютер с оператором. Попытались объяснить, что произошла ошибка с датой брони..попросили перенести бронь на сегодняшнюю дату..Как и второй номер.
Робот ответил, что у него нет таких полномочий…и что утром всё сделает реальный сотрудник стойки регистрации. А тем временем попросил оплатить номер повторно.
Так же сняли депозит 50 долларов.
Утром девушка по имени Ashley сообщила, что сделать с бронью ничего не может и спокойным тоном меня послала.
Письма в агрегатор бронирования возымели силу..представители связались с отелем..они послали и их.
На вопросы что же с этим делать, Ashley в грубой форме потребовала отстать от нее и проваливать из отеля…в противном случае она вызовет полицию. Она разговаривала на повышенных тонах, была ужасно грубой и крикливой. Никогда не сталкивались с подобным поведением.
На письмо менеджеру отеля mr Lucian Dan ..так же получили ответ в грубой форме..что никто нам ничего не вернет.
Обходите стороной это ничтожное место
