Dined with family of 5 2 of us ordered burgers. 1 burger came cooked and one was pink inside. I told the waiter that my burger was still raw and i will not be eating undercooked pork as well pretty obvious its dangerous and i wouldnt want to spend my holiday with food poisoning. He then tried to tell me “no its fine to eat, everyone serves their burgers like this around here”. My question is how come 1 burger came out cooked and 1 is raw when everyone serves it the same? Then i sent it back obviously when i saw the chef try to re-heat a already cut and built burger to cook it more and the waiter brought it back like he just done a great job. For my suprise the burger was still pink all inside… kitchen laughing, server had no idea where he was at, and they didnt understand why i dont want to eat a raw burger. Obviously they never heard of e. Coli or how food poisoning happens. Being a chef for 10 years definitely makes eating out difficult. Specially when you have chefs that more likely to kill someone than to feed them. Of course no compensation was given even tho the food was taken back as it was brought out as the chef said it was perfectly made. Great job hotel!
