I visited Packwach in the West Nile Region of Uganda. DO NOT BOOK AT LEOSIM IN PACKWACH OR NEBBI!!! It is a complete scam! They will rent you rooms, charge your credit card, and when you show up, you will find they have contracted the building to a construction company. When I tried to get a refund from *******, they refused to accept video evidence! The armed guard at the hotel gate would not even let us in! ******* gave us half of a refund, and we were forced to pay another hotel down the road. I would avoid *******, but especially, DO NOT BOOK OR STAY AT LEOSIM HOTEL IN PACKWACH OR NEBBI. Consider yourself warned by an American NGO owner!
