We ate breakfast and it was great as expected. Our room was a little different. There was thick dust at the top of the ceilings and around the floor. The lights were dirty to touch. The comforter had an orange food stain as well as the pillow had something red spilled onto it. We got there late, so we just dealt with it. As far as checking into the hotel, When I was on this app, it was originally $49 for a king size, then jumped to $69 for 2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 toddler. I had already prepaid as well. Then I got to the front desk and they wanted to charge me $20 more for the teenager. I even showed him I put it down on the reservation, then he printed me out a receipt telling me I did not. I was about to sleep in my car. He said since my husband was a veteran, (he seen it on the license) he said just don’t worry about it.

Wear water shoes. The carpet was saturated. So much moisture in the room that everything was moist. Took 10 minutes to check in because no one was manning the front desk. Workers passed by as I waited but no one stopped to assist. Breakfast was fair at best. Sausage wasn’t cooked through, nothing available to drink except coffee and milk for the coffee. Tub/shower had 1 towel and 1 wash cloth for the 2 of us. You get what you pay for. Spend a few more dollars and I would not recommend this place.

The hotel is located next to a main highway in a remote location of a famous tourist town. The surrounding supporting catering service facilities are complete, making it convenient for travelers to choose to stay. The management of the hotel's hardware facilities is acceptable, the staff's service attitude is good, and the hygiene is not bad. Overall, the price/performance ratio is comparable. You can stay here again next time.

I will start with the positive parts of the stay. The hotel is in a good location and easy to get in and out of. It was fairly quiet and the employee we talked with was friendly. The AC in the room worked great and the beds were okay. Breakfast was a major disappointment. There was nothing when I went to the breakfast room. No juice, no eggs or sausage and 1 biscuit was there. They have very limited creamers and sweeteners for the coffee. We went back two more times before checking out and still had not put out more food. There were a couple of dead bugs in the hallway and we found another one in the tub in the room. There was also a hole in the tub. We only had one towel in the room and one wash cloth. I tried going to the front counter to get more but on one was ever there. The toilet was not working properly. It would take more than 5 minutes for the tank to refill after a flush. Two of the pillows in the room had no pillow slips on them. I wish we would have went a few more miles down the road and gotten another room.

Very disappointed in our stay..very run down building with bugs. Toilet didn't work and shower had no pressure . Staff was friendly. Didn't stay for breakfast because of the conditions

If you like being busted in on by grown men 'housekeeprs' at 9 am when you didn't check in till 2am even tho the lock is on the door and they try to keep coming in you'll love it here. Also dirty sheets. Had to wait for someone to get to front desk for a hot minute. Hotel smelt like a mix of Bo and feet. Also breakfast was so unsanitary with all the utensils down in the pans with the food and rubber like food. Also the gm is so so soooo rude. 6 months pregnant and it's the worse stay in any hotel I've ever had.
