HOtel Donatello is centrally located in the old town, within easy walking distance of trams, tourist sights, shops and restaurants. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was very well maintained. Breakfast was more than sufficient. I look forward to staying here again.

Ottima posizione, ogni posto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Davanti alla Basilica del Santo. colazione dolce e salata più che soddisfacente. cordialità del personale e servizi. Struttura pulit Bagno un pò vecchio. Parti comuni e camera ristrutturati da poco.

Unico vantaggio era la posizione. Vista sul duomo. Ma cosa facciamo con la vista se le Camere sono fatiscenti e i Servizi pessimi e scadenti? La doccia era sporca. Vicino al telecomando del condizionatore c’era una macchia di sangue. Non c’erano prese vicino al comodino disponibili. Insomma il soggiorno è stato breve, intenso e triste.

Stanza mal curata, letto scomodo e cigolante, pulizia approssimativa . Frigo bar contenente solo una birra non segnalata, evidentemente lasciata da un cliente precedente. Niente acqua minerale di cortesia, niente accappatoio né’ pantofole. Al costo richiesto mi sarei aspettato tutto questo. Certamente bella la veduta dalla finestra. Ma il bagno è imbarazzante: vasca con doccia manuale senza alcuna chiusura, ogni tentativo di fare una doccia si risolve in un lago… solo bicchieri di cartone. Colazione scarsa e senza servizio al tavolo. Al checkout addebitato garage non utilizzato Rapporto qualità/prezzo inaccettabile
