All'esterno il B&B Gioia si dimostra molto dimesso, ma l'interno riscatta la prima impressione non troppo piacevole. Ambienti puliti e spaziosi, camere ampie e pulite (la nostra con vasca idromassaggio). Titolare gentile. Ma non tutto è oro. Intanto, non viene servita alcuna colazione, neppure, volendo, a pagamento: non sappiamo dove l'abbiano consumata i recensori precedenti, che parlano di una lauta offerta di bevande, di vivande dolci e salate, ma certo non qui. Esiste una cucina, ma è completamente spoglia, a parte una scatolina con alcune bustine di tè, una zuccheriera e un barattolo di caffè stantio. Null'altro, neppure l'acqua, a meno che non ci si voglia attaccare al rubinetto. Altra spiacevole nota: al momento di lasciare il B&B, non ci è stata data alcuna ricevuta.

Solo una notte. Pulito,vicino al centro,ha i bagni e docce in comune ,nei periodi di maggior affluenza...è un po' caotico il loro uso. Parcheggio disponibile ma a pagamento fino alle 20..

La struttura in sè è gradevole e comoda per il centro. Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati affatto bene, a causa del letto completamente sfondato (su cui era impossibile dormire) e dei rumori costanti. Avevamo specificamente chiesto se le stanze erano silenziose, avendo programmato in giornata alcuni impegni lavorativi, e il titolare ci aveva risposto affermativamente, mentre invece si sentiva ogni tipo di rumore. In aggiunta, si era scordato di fare il check-in in tarda serata ad alcuni ragazzi, che hanno suonato al campanello, ininterrottamente, fino a mezzanotte e mezzo, disturbando tutti gli ospiti. Abbiamo provato a contattarlo ma non ci ha mai risposto, pur avendo visualizzato i messaggi su whatsapp, e il giorno dopo non si è neanche scusato per il disagio che ci ha creato; anche con riferimento al letto, la cui scomodità abbiamo segnalato immediatamente, è stato alquanto evasivo, come se non fosse una cosa rilevante. L'ambiente complessivamente è pulito, però si avvertiva un odore spiacevole, probabilmente dovuto alla scarsa areazione degli ambienti. In definitiva, la struttura è stata di nostro gusto, ma la gestione per niente
