The trainstation is within walking distance and it is about a 15 minute walk into the city of Padova. The front desk immediately resolved any issues we had and were extremely polite.

It's an old hotel with very dim lighting. The service is average. For example, I submitted the laundry service to the hotel several times, but they didn't confirm it. The attitude of the front desk was also bad. The service varies from person to person. But the town is still pretty and worth a visit.

I always choose to stay at NH Hotel. I am quite satisfied with the service, environment and hygiene. I like to have a drink in the sky restaurant/skybar at night and overlook the city night view. If there is NH HOTEL in the next city, I will still choose it.

The hotel is a bit far from the center, but very convenient for the highway and for connections to nearby areas. The structure is modern and functional, the rooms a bit dated. In ours (510) the air conditioning made condensation and rained on the bedside table....and it was not possible to rest because of the noise of the minibar, really excessive. We reported it to the reception and they did everything possible to accommodate us.

As expected of a luxury hotel, the service from the staff, the bed and the furniture were all excellent and I was able to rest well. However, it took a long time for the bathtub to drain and the refrigerator wasn't cold, which was a bit of an issue. I wish I had noticed that at the beginning... But everything else was very satisfying!

It's a little far from the train station, but the professional and warm service, beautiful, spacious and comfortable room make up for this small shortcoming. The location is very safe, very quiet at night, plus the new building has very effective sound insulation, so I slept peacefully.

The room is quite large and clean, but the location of the hotel is average, there is nothing to visit around. The breakfast variety is OK, unlike the hotels I stayed in a few stops before, which at least have vegetables, eggs, meat and fruits. Suitable for business trip accommodation

Everything is very good. The surrounding environment is very good. It is near the University of Padua. The breakfast is great. You can see a good view on the 12th floor. The hotel facilities are relatively new. The waiters are very serious and attentive. They take good care of the room every day. There are The bathtub experience was great. The only drawback is that my refrigerator is broken. I hope the hotel will check the equipment in advance when providing the guest room. After I pointed out that the refrigerator was broken, the maintenance person has not dealt with it for a long time. This experience is very bad. Other than that, everything is good. I still give this hotel 4.5 stars.

15 minutes walk from the train station, comfortable room facilities, good breakfast

I checked in on February 18th. There were a total of four lights in the room, and two of them were broken. I called the front desk to report the situation. A waiter came over and asked to change the light bulb. After that, there was no news. I called the front desk again to ask. They said they would change it as early as tomorrow. We spent more than a thousand yuan to stay one night. They were obviously perfunctory. The room was very cold. When they reported the situation, they said they had raised the temperature, but it was still too cold to sleep. Then I contacted the front desk again and asked them to send me a blanket. The service was extremely poor. Breakfast was pretty good.
