The room was a bit small, and there was no computer charging port. It was also close to the roadside. It kept running all night and the noise was too loud. Other swimming and sauna facilities in the hotel are also chargeable and not cheap.

Insieme alla camera ho prenotato la cena a 2 portate a 29 € + extra. Al pagamento del conto ho scoperto che gli extra non sono dolci o superalcolici come ci si aspetta ma includono il coperto a 6 € una bottiglia d'acqua a 3,5 €. Ah... calice di prosecco 8 €

Ho conosciuto questo posto tramite uno smartbox ed è stata davvero un’ottima scoperta. Camera elegante e pulita, personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Noi abbiamo anche usufruito sia della spa che della cena di 3 portate. Tutto veramente di ottimo livello. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole rilassarsi e godere di un’ottima cena (e anche colazione)

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel usando una smart box Ottima l'accoglienza, le camere belle e pulite, che danno un senso di calore Carina la spa, non grande ma fatta bene, solo l'acqua della vasca idromassaggio a tratti usciva fredda, ma lo abbiamo segnalato Con parcheggio anche se piccolo e una menzione per lo chef del ristorante Il Melograno, abbiamo mangiato veramente bene Bella scoperta

Ho dato 4 stelle , se migliorano alcuni dettagli può arrivare a 5 stelle. Siamo stati bene certamente, personale gentile e disponibile, ottimo servizio anche in ristorante, ottima la spa e i massaggi, ma non vi erano dentifricio e ciabatte in camera. A seguito della mia richiesta mi sono stati dati naturalmente. Inoltre la camera era poco insonorizzata, si sentivano le voci delle persone della camera accanto. Con queste piccole peculiarità avrei gradito di pagare qualcosa in meno. Comunque devo essere onesto, nel complesso ho gradito questo pernottamento.

Ho trovato tutto pulito e accogliente. Cibo ottimo nel loro ristorante (nel ristorante un po' fresco per il mese di gennaio), vini ottimi. Sommelier splendida!!!!!!!! Personale molto gentile e disponibile! Ho fatto la degustazione sia di grappe che vino bianco, consiglio soprattutto le grappe. Spa piccola, accogliente, pulita e rilassante. Abbiamo fatto due trattamenti, massaggio hot Stone (marito, ha detto molto rilassante ed è tornato molto contento) e scrub corpo al caffè con ottimi prodotti, la pella morbida e soffice. Due piccole cose da segnalare, la nostra camera vista montagna, avrebbe bisogno di un cambio di infissi, la porta non si chiudeva bene ed entrava il freddo e la seconda, che abbiamo trovato veramente fresco in camera quando siamo arrivati. Il riscaldamento era spento sia in camera che in bagno. Noi abbiamo acceso e poi scaldato però non è il top trovare all'arrivo così fresco in un 4 stelle. Non dico tropici ...una via di mezzo ecco. Per il resto......due giorni di relax meraviglioso! Ci tornerei subito!!!
