This is a mixed review. We were part of a tour group staying for three days and we didn't fare well with room allocation. We were given a ground floor room with no outlook, and after coming off a Silversea cruise the accommodation was a real downgrade. We enquired about moving but we told that all members of the tour group had similar rooms, however next morning we found out this was not the case as others had much superior rooms with lake views. We asked for extra pillows and a sheet as strangely the bed had only one sheet however we gave up in the end as the receptionist did not understand what we were after (language barrier). Breakfast was OK, but the location of the hotel felt remote and as such there was not a lot of choice in nearby restaurants. The restaurant located within the hotel (operated separately) was very popular but expensive. Th option was a pizza shop next door which was OK. There is however a ferry stop on the lake next to the hotel and the day trip to Sirmione was the highlight of the stay. We also did a day trip to Venice by rail which was very worthwhile, the train station is a 20Euro fare away. All in all the hotel would be fine if you want to get away from everything, however it is remote and transport from the hotel is not easy to arrange, there are not many taxis in Lake Garda!
