Located in an old bank, this boutique hotel offers comfortable, clean, yet small rooms. Conveniently located in Paddington, a bus ride away from the CBD and Bondi. The staff is all friendly and helpful. Even though breakfast is not included, there are enough complimentary items to have a free breakfast. This is a nice little hotel and we had a good stay there.

Great Location, But Room Felt Claustrophobic ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mrs Banks has a great location right in the heart of Paddington — easy access to cafes, boutiques, and public transport. We stayed in a Queen Room, which we found quite small and unfortunately without proper windows. The glass bricks let in some light, but the lack of an outside view made the room feel a bit claustrophobic, especially at this price point. A nice touch was the complimentary coffee and pastries offered in the lobby each morning. The staff were polite but not particularly warm — we weren’t greeted when coming or going, which left the service feeling a little flat. Overall, a clean and well-located hotel, but I’m not sure it offered the best value for money.

Very handy small hotel when staying in the city. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Extremely delicious breakfast. Relaxed vibe. Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurants nearby and easy to get by bus into the city. Parking is hard in the area, so better to leave car at home and get the bus. Despite being on very busy Oxford Street on a Friday night, the hotel was very quite and did not hear any street noise. Good value.

We stayed at Mrs Banks Boutique Hotel (seriously, 10/10 recommend), and a massive shout out to Dylan and the crew there for going above and beyond. Comfy bed, fabulous shower, kettle and coffee machine in room. Also coffee station, fruit, biscuits, pastries in lobby is a welcome bonus!!! Perfect location, easy access to Sydney and surrounds. Allianz Stadium and SCG only a few hundred metres walk away.
