Regarding the accommodation, I found the rooms in the old wing to be on the smaller side. While they were well-maintained and clean, guests looking for spacious accommodation might find them a bit lacking. Another issue I encountered was related to sound isolation. The walls in the old wing rooms did not seem to be sufficiently soundproofed, resulting in noise from other guests being clearly audible. This can be somewhat disruptive, especially during the night or early morning hours. Despite these minor drawbacks, the service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. This, combined with the excellent rooftop facilities, makes the zhm Premier a strong contender among Padang hotels. In summary, while there are areas for improvement, the unique offerings and quality service make zhm Premier Padang a worthy choice. I asked about 13 rooms one floor for that management spending with full payment capacity. and I had already solved 4 days before . In practice I gave 3 floors. When I was asked, the answer was all that was left. And all the management throw each other's responsibility. imagine a child under 12 should be different floors with his parents. very not. We were very well welcomed at the hotel. We were happy from cleaning the rooms to relaxing the beds.The water was full of eyelids with big gliders with a very large area.The animation fun that was held in the evening revived both our eyes and to spend time It was very well thought. Overall good and we had the highest floor so it’s quiet and got the city view. breakfast has variety and tasteful. the front desk are helpful to assign me the best room and well informed about facilities . The room are clean as well as aircon works properly.. truly recommended hotel in the city

SURFERS BEWARE. If you are booking for a surf trip, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. This hotel is completely unorganized, will lose your bag, and tell you ”too bad” with 0 compensation. Mercure Hotel gave me a claim tag for my surfboard bag with my name all over it, and still managed to mess that up and give my bag to someone else flying to another country. You will see walking into the hotel how unorganized the bag situation is. It took 5 days for them just to recover the bag. When the bag was returned, stuff in my bag was stolen including all of my fins which were needed to surf. This hotel single handedly managed to ruin a surf trip I saved up and planned for a year in less than 12 hours of me staying at the hotel. What is even more pathetic, they also refused to reimburse me for only a few sets of the fins, which is all I requested. I was incredibly patient, waited 11 days for them to get this figured out all for them to tell me sorry, we'll comp your room upon return. Comically bad experience Also, they play thumping music until 5am which other reviews have alluded to, so if you do not want that, find lodging elsewhere. One of the managers deletes their messages every 24 hrs, but here is a screenshot showing the basis of their communication, responded every few days with ”checking” or ”I'll let you know later”.

Clean, good service, not noisy, close to the city center, access to buy food or snacks outside nearby, nice garden to relax in the morning, hot water provided

I thought Whiz Hotel has very small room but it turned to be okay. With the price we paid, it is more than okay. It has king size bed (i thought it would be queen size) and the room is very clean, the shower is good. Water pressure is very good and hot water run well. Located very well in the city, easy to find food and market. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended...

Its an old building with molds in the rooms and bathrooms. I believed it used to be a high rating hotels, considering the grand entrance etc. Rooms are spacious but the amenities are not consistent. We booked 3 rooms in total (same room type). One does not have a sofa, one does not a have the small chiller. However the services are great with helpful receptionists and bellboys.
