Great place. Convenient to the Coastal Trail, great restaurants and shops. Complimentary breakfast is varied and delicious. And the happy hour wine and snacks are an added treat.

We had a lovely stay at the Gosby House, which is right on the main street of Pacific Grove. We stayed in the Thomas room, which is on the small/cozy side (nowhere to sit really other than the bed), but we weren't spending a lot of time in the room so that was okay. I would advise bringing earplugs -- it is an older, historical building so of course sound travels. We walked to and from the Monterey Bay Aquarium along the coastal trail. About 30 min each way and pretty flat and scenic.

Everyone at Gosby House was very kind and helpful from the time we made our reservations and asked many questions until we checked out. We stayed in the Laporte room which has a private entrance and was very quiet. The breakfast every morning was very good. Wine and cheese and fabulous baked cookies every afternoon. There is flavored water and soda available in the main refrigerator. The refillable water bottles in the room were much appreciated. We highly recommend this B & B—close to everything, can walk to shops and restaurants and very laid back atmosphere.

Gosby is the perfect Pacific Grove experience. Outstanding location, beautiful B&B, friendly and super helpful staff. The Breakfasts are terrific and the late afternoon wine and cheese, and More provides a wonderful launch to the evening.

Great place to stay. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and very plentiful. Cookies and drinks all day fun. Cocktail hour with wine and cheese s pleasant surprise. It’s a little pricey but well worth the splurge. My grand daughter and I really enjoyed our stay

Great place to stay in Pacific Grove. Charming rooms, all different. Goon website to look at pictures and descriptions. Wine & cheese is afternoon and breakfast in morning. Can walk to restaurants nearby. Also can walk to ocean. Free parking on street
