A B&B with a history of 1889 has a sense of time. The garden is beautifully maintained. The independent rooms are very cozy, with heating and fireplace. It is very close to the seaside and convenient for eating nearby.

Its everything that I am looking for. Charming, romantic, friendly service, great breakfast and afternoon tea/ coffee service and walking distance to restaurants and the beach. As you open the door to this charming Victorian hotel, you really feel that you are walking back in time. The carpet the decor and the furnishing is truly setting you back in the Victorian era. The bedroom is very quaint and the best part is the bathroom in this #1 Room is renovated to accommodate the handicap guests. There's a fireplace in the sitting area adjoining the dining area where breakfast is served from 8 to 10 everyday. The staff are very efficient. They text you to let you know that your room is ready. They also text you an hour before the service closes at 9:00 pm if you need any thing so they can prepare it for you. How great is that. So the next time to are in Pacific Grove, check Centrella Hotel first.

My wife and I stayed at this lovely property. It’s 5-10 minute walk to the ocean in one direction and sane walk other direction to so many restaurants and shop. Parking was ok. Free breakfast is good. They also have cookies and wine at 5. We didn’t have wine, but cookies are good. Definitely will come again
