It is comfortable and even a bit luxurious. We want to assure our guests that we are taking extra precautions to make sure our home is cleaned and disinfected between reservations. Seven night reservations are discounted a full night automatically. Six night reservations are discounted a half night automatically. We take Sunday to Sunday reservations during the months of July and August.This is a nicely appointed two bedroom cottage. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, free WiFi, cable television with a DVD player and a free-standing propane stove in the living room. We are a short walk to the ocean on a paved path adjacent to the beach approach road. This is a very cozy and comfortable beach get-away! For larger groups consider combining with with our adjacent rental home 328586.For the comfort of all of our guests, please do not smoke or vape in our home (see the vacation rental terms and conditions for more information).NOTE: The beds are all double beds and the laundry facilities, may be shared with our adjacent rental. The laundry room is a separate building that guests have access to from both rentals.We are dog friendly and will allow 1 dog with approval under the following conditions; 1) there is a one time $60 pet fee, 2) dogs are NOT allowed on any furniture, 3) dogs are NOT to be left alone in the home unless crated and 4) owners are responsible for picking up after their dogs in the yard and are responsible for any damage done by their dogs.
