It was a nice experience. The food and breakfast here was really nice. The hotel is in main market and have easy access to all shops and cafes

Intercom didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. No soap and towels provided. No water bottles were kept. No wifi on the floor. Most horrible hotel experience of my life

The property is located at the centre of pachmarhi. All tourist spots are closely located. The rooms and washrooms though are very small as compared to views given photos. The food at guff restaurant on ground floor was good.

The experience was very bad, hygiene was not taken seriously. Washrooms were dirty with no tissues, towel hangers or soaps

We reached at hotel at 6:30 am but hotel stall forced us to wait for 2 hours for early check in. Hotel manager when came at 8:30am then he allowed us to check in but we have to pay additional 700rs for early check in. Hotel manager was very arrogant person he does not know how to behave with the guest. We are not satying in your hotel for free, we paid 7000rs per night including breakfast then why so attitude. Even breakfast was included still the manager asked for the breakfast charges send the staff to the room. Then i showed him by booking through mm t then he exempted the breakfast charges. When we entered un the room the room was sinking, sofa covers were dirty bedsheets were dirty. It put our mood off. Then i talked to mm t customer carr ms renuka mam, she helped me but still the hotel stay was terrible. No electricity back up during power cuts, no room service after 5 pm, no tea bags no complimentary water bottles. Thanks to pachmarhi weather, it was so pleasant otherwise our trip was doomed due to this hotel
