1st time I have felt bad experiences with make my trip. I requested to cancel my booking but MMT clearly denied this request. I also sent my relatives to this hotel directly but the hotel manager rejected his request.
Due to a heavy traffic jam in Ujjain me and my family badly stucked in horrible traffic jams almost 8:30 hour that's why our train from ujjain to pipariya left the station before we reached. we asked and requested MMT to cancel my booking and refund the amount but they denied.

Nice experience. Hotel rooms are specious, nicely cleaned. Room service ia good. Hotel is located in market area only so evening time can be spent nicely.
