Very good and coperative staff, room was good and comfortable, full privacy, morning and evening activity like tea on hill top, nature walk, bird watching, safari and jungle trek was to good, Guid (Mr.shivam) book by hotel staff(Manager:- Mr. Amar) was very knowledgeable, supportive and good in nature.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Was in PACHMARHI for a little and came here based on a friend's recommendation. The wait (without a reservation) was shorter than expected. The service was OUTSTANDING! We had 2 people with allergies and the restaurant manager and head chef was so knowledgeable about every ingredient in every dish. His recommendations were perfect. We had the paneer dishes, sizzler, butter gnocchi and a couple of other dishes. All 10/10. Will be returning next time for sure!

Good hotel, great food! Some improvements needed.
Although the hotel was good there were a few problems.
It took too much time to get hot water in the bathroom. Too much water had to be wasted before you start getting hot water. This was not eco friendly at all.
Service was excellent but waiters were always expecting more tips. Almost haggled.
They put us in the corner building which had no open view at all. All we could see was other buildings.
Also didnt really feel like we were staying in a luxury property.
Another highlight was the food which was excellent. Being a vegetarian property it never felt like we were missing anything.

Food is good. Rooms are clean and nice. Overall a decent hotel. We had a pleasant stay here. A swimming pool and a bar is desirable though but the staff service was excellent. Staff was polite and welcoming and we enjoyed the breakfast under the trees

We have been regular visitors here but this time cost cutting measures were apparent. Property manager always seemed to be in a denial mode for every request only to agree later after spoiling mood. Price - hotel is overpriced and it lacks several basic facilities like, it does not have a dedicated place to enjoy drinks with your friends and hotel management is too nosy in guests' activites. No swimming pool either and no non- veg food. Service - service was very slow and many of our simple requests either got a stern no or were approved by some property manager. Food - food used to be the USP here but we were shocked to see the recent cost cutting measures which impacted quality and a sharp reduction in menu Rooms - rooms were nice and clean

We were very warmly greeted. The check-in experience was just smooth and easy. The staff was extremely polite and professional. Any enquiries I had were dealt with patiently and came back with a fast response. The Heritage Golf View spread of food delivers an outstanding experience. The food is amazing, offering a delightful array of dishes that satisfy diverse palates .The Chief Chef Mr.Ravi Thakur was very accommodating to our specific dietary needs. It was overwhelming when they greeted me with a delightful cake , specially baked in their inhouse bakery on my birthday. Mr. Ajay K yadav , Mr. Rajendra Patel and Mr. Jagdish ***** with other restaurant staff were very helpful and cooperative regarding food services. I'm grateful for making my stay at Heritage Golf View memorable and special thanks to the MD Mr Puneet Maheshwari for nice management of the resort . I look forward to my next visit and can't wait to experience the warmth of the Heritage Golf View family once again.

Very beautiful place. The hospitality of whole staff is very gracious and welcoming and friendly. The ambience was very soothing and pleasant and over and above the food was a gastronomic delight. We enjoyed to the fullest. The perfect place for a lasting experience.

Beautiful landscape.wonderful hospitality, nice n tasty food.Manager was very helpful in guiding us to pachmadhi.The hotel Is clean and peaceful .Hygiene is very well maintained. One of the best hotel in Pachmadhi.I recommend this hotel.
