Spędziłyśmy niezapomniany weekend w tym hotelu w gronie sześciu przyjaciółek z okazji wieczoru panieńskiego – i nie mogłyśmy wybrać lepszego miejsca! Od samego początku zachwyciła nas atmosfera – ciepła, przyjazna i naprawdę wyjątkowa. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie – uśmiechnięta, pomocna i bardzo profesjonalna. Pokoje czyściutkie, pachnące i świetnie wyposażone. Strefa SPA to prawdziwa perełka – relaksujący klimat, wszystko dopracowane w najmniejszym szczególe. Masaż? GENIALNY – każda z nas wyszła z niego z uśmiechem i totalnym luzem. Basen również bez zarzutu – czysty, zadbany, z idealnym klimatem do wypoczynku. Śniadania – obfite, świeże i bardzo różnorodne. Obiadokolacje z kolei to prawdziwa uczta – wyselekcjonowane dania, piękne podanie i rewelacyjny smak. Wszystko dopięte na ostatni guzik. Choć nie zdążyłyśmy skorzystać z pakietu atrakcji z oferty (czas zleciał zdecydowanie za szybko!), już planujemy wrócić. Każda z nas była zachwycona jakością usług – to miejsce naprawdę robi wrażenie. Gorąco polecamy każdej grupie przyjaciółek – zarówno na wieczór panieński, jak i po prostu babskie oderwanie się od codzienności!

Beautiful hotel. The interior and food were fantastic. Great offer for families with children—a high-quality playground. The squash court was a nice touch. There is a nice lounge in the lobby for evening drinks. There is a great view from the pool because it's on the 3rd floor

Obsługa była miła i uprzejma, a łóżka wygodne. Doceniam też opcje kręgielni i basenu z sauna. Korzystaliśmy też z masaży które polecamy. I jeszcze ogromny plus za pyszne jedzenie w tym ogromny wybór ciast i deserów. Warto też docenić przekształcone na hotel wnętrza fabryki, które są gustownie zaaranżowane.

Pojechałem wraz z żoną na weekend, wykupiliśmy pakiet DLA DWOJGA. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, skorzystaliśmy z zabiegów SPA, dostępny był także basen i 2 rodzaje saun. Bardzo miły ratownik, pan Mirek. Pomocny i jak trzeba było opowiedział nam historię hotelu i kilka ciekawostek o mieście. Naprawdę bardzo przemiły pan. Podsumowując, polecamy bardzo i może do następnego. :)

Wyjątkowo klimatyczny i dopracowany w detalach hotel. Cudowny komfortowy pobyt, wszelkie udogodnienia. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. W restauracji pomimo niedzielnych godzin pracy, team został dłużej żeby nakarmić wszystkich gości. Brawo! Basen już od 8 rano czynny, więc przed śniadaniem można było popływać. Idealne miejsce na City Break i zwiedzanie Łodzi. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt❣️

Pobyt bardzo udany, świetna lokalizacja kompleksu, przestronne pokoje, wygodne materace, duży parking, doskonała kuchnia i obsługa od recepcji, obsługi basenu po pracowników restauracji - na wysokim poziomie. Jedyny minus za dodatkowe, niechciane efekty dźwiękowe w saunie mokrej spowodowane niesprawną baterią - warto niewielkim kosztem podnieść komfort korzystania ze strefy spa.

Nie polecam, to co się działo po przyjeździe to jakiś żart. Dostałyśmy apartament 2 osobowy zamiast 4 osobowego, bo zwróceniu uwagi dali nam dostawkę. Nie było mowy o rabacie gdzie zapłaciłam za 4 osobowy pokój a dostałam 2 osobowy z dostawką w salonie. Następnie na kolacji powiedziano nam, że nie ma miejsca ze nie zarezerwowaliśmy stolika po czym po chwili jednak się znalazł, następnie po nałożeniu sobie kolacji pani kelnerka poinformowała nas że mamy sobie wybrać jedzenie z karty, więc zabrała nam talerze z jedzeniem. Bo wybraniu z karty stwierdziła jednak że pomyliła się o mamy jednak bufet szwedzki. Pani w ramach rekompensaty za pokój dała nam kartę na kawę i ciastko jednak od godziny 13 a wykwaterowanie było do godziny 11. Masakra nigdy się z czymś takim nie spotkałam.
