The hotel and the location are fine, the staff fell asleep at breakfast time and we had breakfast 1 hour later than planned and we had to delay our check-out, the next day the same, there was nothing in the dining room, they saw us by chance and started to prepare everything, at check-out time, they checked the rooms and we had to pay for some potatoes that we ate, that's not a problem but my brothers-in-law forgot a Vietnamese hat that was in sight and some underwear and they were not polite enough to take it down to the hall and return it as we were waiting for them to pick us up for 20/30 minutes, just as they saw the potatoes they would see what they forgot but they didn't say anything.

It was a little far from the bus stop that goes to the waterfall. The building is new and the rooms were clean.

Hôtel assez bien situé, literie très confortable En revanche on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres d'à côté (conversation, douche..) Le lit était déjà froissé, les serviettes tachées... Pas très propre au global Une mythe sur ma serviette au réveil.. Petit déjeuner Ridicule!

Un peu trop bruyant.Les toilettes étaient sales et sont restées sales pendant deux jours. Le deuxième jour à salle de bain n’a pas été faite.Il y avait des traces de pas non nettoyées.Le sèche ne faisait pas de chaud.Le coffre ne fonctionnait pas.

We used this hotel for 1 night and at best it's adequate. The hotel room is quite small it does however have a fridge,kettle and a safe. The bathroom is a wet room style and after 2 minutes hot water does come through. A rooster gave background noise from 3.30am which is not the hotels fault but worth noting. The room had a few scuffs and scrapes it was clean though. The worst part was the cold/ hot breakfast buffet all the cold food was room temperature and unfortunately so was the supposedly hot food, to make matters worse the coffee wasn't hot either. We attempted a few items but in the end walked over the road and had some hot coffee elsewhere. Not a hotel we would return to.
