The staff, food, and facilities were all wonderful. Because it is an old house, the lintel is low and you can hit your head if you are not careful, so it would have been even better if they had let us know when we checked in.

【部屋】
想像していたよりも清潔感がありよかったです。ただやはり、古民家のため窓そのものが完全に閉まりきらず虫が入り放題だったのは残念。
【設備】
水回りは現代的でよかったですが、お風呂のシャワーの位置が微妙でした。
温度調整する部分が下にありすぎるのと、椅子は低すぎでした。
【スタッフ】
人によってばらつきがあり、そこがすごく残念でした。例えば、朝食会場では、説明をしてくれる日とそうでない日があり、スタッフによってサービスのレベルが異なります。
また、朝食会場は終始慌ただしくバタバタと足音を立てるので落ち着いて食事ができなかったです。

Traditional and immersive environment with a luxury service. Room is kinda huge and if you search a old Japanese spirit travel this is definitely the best place. Negative point -＞ in summer a lot of little insect inside home because everything is in wood.

A hotel that is using renovated old buildings in old Ozu. You live in a townhouse and walk around for the various amenities. Especially the dinner at the foot of Ozu castle was an experience with local ingredients and high quality. Highly recommended

The scenery here is quaint and perfect for photos, the food is delicious, but the dinner area has poor ventilation for cooking fumes.

Hotel room (house): The hotel rooms are spread out across the town and really well maintained. If you want to stay in a home that has all the modern comforts and maintains the style of the traditional home it is really worth the experience. For a family trip there are different models for the homes you stay in I stayed in the “Take” home it could fit four people with a nice small backyard and a lot of living room spaces where you can relax and wind down after a days exploring the town. Townsites: Overall this is a small town everything you want to see is in walking distance the castle convenient stores like 7/11 are all within 10-20 minutes walk. This is a nice small town with friendly residents and has a slow pace surrounded by mountains and there’s the main river running through the town. A lot of great views even when it’s raining. Food and service: The staff are very professional and accommodating I had two vegetarians in my company and they were more than willing to accommodate the menus accordingly and provide suggestions for substitutes while considering providing the best experience for meals as possible.
