Merhabalar. Otele girişten itibaren ilgi ve alakayla karşılanıyorsunuz. Odalar temiz. Gümüşhane turizminin gelişimi için önemli bir yatırım. Yerel yönetimin mutlaka desteklemesi lazım. Güleryüzlü ve kaliteli hizmet. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Das 1. Zimmer war leider nicht sauber. Im Bett waren Haare. Die Bidettoilette war nicht zu benutzen.
Man hat uns dann sofort ein neues Zimmer gegeben, doch dort fehlte dann zB der Fön. Wir mussten 2 Mal anrufen, damit es endlich gebracht werden konnte.
Mit dem Service waren wir deswegen nicht zufrieden.

temizlik ve yemekler iyi değildi. banyo düzgün temizlenmemiş. daha önceki seyehatimdede aynı durum vardı. yemekler lezzetli değil. çalışanlar kalifiye değil, zaman kaybı çok oluyor ve süre uzuyor.

Welcoming and sending off at the entrance and exit, smiling staff. The breakfast is very diverse and the staff is very attentive.
