Disgusting crack motel. Refused to stay after seeing car on blocks with pit bull tied out back. ********* sitting in doorway of one of the rooms. Filthy disgusting place. I feared for my safety! Still trying to get a refund for the 10 minutes I was on the property!!

The room was filthy, I was given an alternate, both had cockroaches. The place was overall skeevy. They didn’t serve any kind of a breakfast here. The place needs to be shut down and fixed up, and get proper staff before reopening

Cleanliness throughout property was a mess. Trash all over parking lot, upstairs wells. Pool was green not usable. Room had no extra furniture, no toilet paper with very stained bathroom. King size Bed with only 2 pillows.

The days inn by Wyndham in ozark needs a lot of work and attention to the property they are slow and not very clean I would like for the property to be properly renovated so that’s the next stay will be more comfortable

This place is the worst! Trash outside, peeling paint in room, no towels, no drinking cup, no TV remote and no one at the front desk. The room was reserved and paid for through a hotel booking site yet during check-in they asked for a credit card and placed a $50.00 hold on it. In the Morning there was no breakfast and no one to check out with, just a phone number at the desk to call. Tried.. No answer, so left without a receipt. I called the hotel 7 times that day and the call was never picked up, yet my credit card showed $115.00 charge by the hotel for nothing. Thankfully a call to Wyndham’s customer care got results, a refund and an apology. I realize mistakes happen, however, this hotel has grunge all over it. Don’t go!

We went and there was no one at the front desk to greet us or check us out. we ad a problem with our key and the only person we could find to help us was the matinence man. there wasn't a single maid in this hotel. There was no breakfast in the morning not even coffee. They really need to work on the customer service at this establishment. I understand being understaffed but this was ridiculous. We stayed for 5 nights and throughout all the days there wasn't a single desk clerk in sight. Props to the matinece man to practically running the whole hotel. A very eerie experience. Was also no chain for the doors either.

Waited a long time and had to call to get someone to the front desk. Room was dirty from non use. Bathroom and towels littered with roach feces. No furniture in room, bed table dresser. No remote for tv. Cold water ran out half way through shower. Wyndham should be proud of this place. It will influence my choices in the future.

We stayed here for Christmas 2022; room has roaches, are filthy, we had blood on our sheets and the front desk isn’t staffed, you have to call someone and if they’re asleep, ignoring phone or too lazy to answer, you’re out of luck. Broken down cars in driveway, smelly rooms, no hot water, heater/ac is LOUD and works intermittently. We paid for 4 nights and lost our key, 2 nights, Christmas Day and day after we couldn’t get anyone to answer phone so we were forced to stay on our daughters sofa although we paid for a room. Asked about it and explained the condition of room and was met with “well you didn’t pay to stay at the Hilton now did you?”! To top it off, the 2 nights we did stay, cars were in and out all night as the neighbor was selling ***** and I even showed photos to staff and was met with “and? So!”. We met staff at check in and on day 3, that’s it. At check out they didn’t answer phone or come to front desk.

Needed some Mother-Daughter Time together. We are experiencing some rough times in our lives right now so we decided to take a Day/Night to ourselves and spend some time together like we did when my daughter was 1st born on January 16, 2008.
