Mixed Experience – Great Management, Poor Reception Visited: March 19, 2025 Our experience at the hotel started poorly but ended on a much better note, thanks to excellent management. Upon arrival, we were initially given a room that didn’t match the advertised Superior Room standards. Unfortunately, it was far below expectations, with basic issues like a malfunctioning hot water system. After raising our concerns with management, a professional and attentive Russian manager promptly addressed the issue and provided us with a proper Superior Room, as advertised on booking platforms like TripAdvisor and ***********. I must mention the disappointing attitude from one receptionist, whose lack of professionalism added to the frustration. However, the quick and effective action by the manager turned our experience around. Despite the initial setback, we’re grateful for the manager’s care and attention, which helped make my birthday stay more pleasant. Would recommend the hotel, but management should work on training the reception team to avoid such issues in the future.

İs seyahati için arkadaşlar ile üç gece konakladık. Çok beğendim. Ekibin otelcilik tecrübeleri, lokasyon, personel, mimari özellik, ekipmanları ve sistemleri çok iyi . KKTC de bir çok işletmeye rol model olur rekabet ortamı yaratmış, özgün konseptinin rakipleri tarafından taklit edilmeye çalışılan marka olmayı başarmış. Odadaki terliklerinden , buklet setlerine, çay kahve setup teşkilatından, çamaşırhane hizmetine, oda servisine kadar her şey tam harikaydı. Temizlik kusursuz, oda büyüklüğü ***et iyi. Hele mutfağın lezzetleri, zenginliği, Restorant büfelerindeki çeşitlilik, alakart Restorant seçenekleri, lezzetleri muhteşem ve tüm personel guler yüzlü, ilgili. Açıkcası şu otel istanbulda olsa sektöre çok şeyler kazandırır. KKTC küçük bir yer olmasına rağmen bir çok otel mevcut Otelcilik anlamında örnek alınması gereken bir yer. Kendinizi gerçekten misafirliğe gelmiş gibi hissediyorsunuz. Kurucusuna, yönetimine ve tüm ekibine teşekkürler ederim. Kesinlikle ihtiyaç duyduğunuzda konaklamak isteyeceğim ilk otel.

Restaurant şefleri Halil bey ve Hüseyin bey ayrıca Abdullah bey çok ilgililer.çalışan garson arkadaşlar işini ***et iyi yapıyorlar.******su çok şık,büyük güzel fakat tek sıkıntısı bizce havalandırma yetersiz,******dan odaya gelince üzerimiz çok kötü sigara kokuyor,bize göre bu olumsuzluğun haricinde her şey çok keyifliayrıca dip not olsun Akşam yemeklerinde canlı müzik çok keyifli oluyor.Herşey için çok teşekkür ediyor ve yeni seyahatlerde görüşmek üzere diyoruz.
