Tek kelimeyle harika herkese tavsiye ediyorum. Kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Hiç yabancılık çekmedim ilk defa burada konaklıyorum ve artık hep Cratosu tercih edeceğim. Misafir ilişkilerinden MELİSA hanımın ilgisine hayran kaldım. Giriş yaptığımız ilk günden itibaren güler yüzüyle karşıladı bizi. Böyle çalışanları kaybetmeyin. Her şey için teşekkürler ❤️

Otele adım attigimiz ilk andan itibaren tüm personelin ve özellikle belirtmek isterim ki Özlem Hanım’ın müthiş enerjisi sizi evinizdeymiş gibi hissettirmeye yetiyor. Özellik ile restaurant deneyimimden bahsetmek istiyorum. Ocak 2025 te geldiğim Cratos Premium Hotelin yemeklerinde müthiş bir lezzet var. Merit grubunun müşterisiyim ama Cratos Premium Hotel, yemekleri lezzet konusunda çok ileride ve çok büyük bir yol ve mesafe kaydetmiş. Hizmet, sunum ve ikram konusunda da çok başarılı.
