Professional from start to finish, 10 out 10 stay, clean and well appointed rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff (particularly Aysha on reception). Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Booked this hotel with a group of friends as we were attending Sandown races, only a 10 minute taxi ride away.

A lovely hotel with very attentive staff. The grounds were well kept and rooms very clean. Food was exceptionally good and generally I had a good stay. However, the room keys were awful and I had to get them reprogrammed 6 times over a 5 night stay. Whilst the staff were very helpful fixing the keys, I was informed the card couldn’t go near my phone (very hard in this day and age) and even when I did keep it away it still failed. I would strongly encourage the hotel to change key system.

I have been an overnight guest, dinner, lunch and casual meeting over a coffee user of Woodlands Park for 20 years or more. Today I walked in and was ‘intercepted’ immediately by a staff member who advised me that no non-resident service was possible today and asked me to leave. I was planning to meet a colleague for coffee and, maybe, lunch. Astonishing behaviour and a warning to anyone else who is a sometimes casual recipient of services from this hotel to call ahead just in case they cannot accomodate two extra people for coffee/lunch.

We booked the Woodlands Park based on the reviews of the Staff/Team there. We were not disappointed! Everyone was professional and friendly. Ray, Ashya and George were particularly helpful! Thank you ! We stayed in a Junior Suite which was a little dated, not keen on the Purple but that’s a personal preference, but it was very clean and a had comfy bed. The room was well equipped with an Iorn,kettle, mini fridge and toiletries etc. We would definitely stay again. Woodlands is a period property, with lots of character and a fabulous decorative glass ceiling.

I've just had the most wonderful one night's stay. Started off excellently with the friendly and professional Oliver who welcomed me to the hotel and checked me in. My room, number 12, was clean, spacious and very well equipped. A nice view also of the quiet surroundings. Now, what I will certainly remember from my trip were the amazing triple cooked chips that accompanied the cheese & bacon burger I had in the lovely gardens. There were so tasty - perfect crispness and fluffiness inside! I couldn't help but share my delight with the staff who all seemed really happy to share the process - it shows that the team here all seem to care about what's going on. Anyway, my dinner was delicious and fairly priced. I missed breakfast as i had to leave early to travel into London. I hope to get to come here again, truly wonderful hotel with great staff.

Had a fabulous wedding here last weekend. I only had a few guests which they catered to perfectly in a private room which I could decorate as I wanted. Grounds and rooms were lovely as was the breakfast Special thanks to our dedicated staff member on the day David. He was brilliant and ensured my champagne always full! He even lit all my candles and fairy lights for when I walked in the room. He really did the hotel proud We plan to go back for our 1 year anniversary already!
