The hotel is located in the city center, with very convenient access. You can find everything on foot. The room facilities are relatively complete and comfortable. The hygiene is very satisfactory. It is quiet and comfortable. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel room is large in this location because all the facilities are new and relatively complete. The corridor is a bit like a maze, and there are four doors to the room. 3. I want to complain that parking is inconvenient. You have to go to the parking lot of the nearby shopping mall. The navigation basically can't get downstairs, so you need to find it slowly by yourself. 4. Check in on August 1, 2024. The hotel is newly renovated. The smell is very strong and choking. The window of the room cannot be opened, and the smell cannot be released. It feels like a human filter for a night. The smell is so strong that you can't open your eyes🥵 5. Be sure to pay attention to the toilet button in the hotel bathroom. It is easy to get your hand pinched when you press it. I was pinched. Room #904. Parking was provided (limited availability, but no problem if you check in early). Nice room, but noisy bunch of young people partying below us that evening and night, but I appreciate that can't be helped while the May VIII's are racing on the river (Bumps). We had some friends join us for supper in ”Keepers' restaurant and bar and were repeatedly hurried by the waitress to get our order in before 8:40pm ”because 9pm is when the chef goes home”. Well it didn't need a 'chef' truly, but the food was acceptable and reasonably priced at £120 for 4 including drinks. No chance of pud though, unless you had ordered it before the watershed. We had bought our own birthday cake, so we had that instead. I can't think of any other European countries where this would happen... We asked if we could leave our car in situ for a few hours after we checked out the following morning and we were accommodated with grace, which was very kind. A well-situated establishment, we paid £150 for the night for a double room in the new block.

We stayed just one night to meet family members for dinner in Oxford. It is very well located for the city cetre. Despite that, it is in a quiet location and we had a good night's rest in a small but comfortable room. It lacks the range of facilites that you may want for a long stay. For example, it has no lounge, restaurant or lifts, which is the only reason I could not give 5 /5 for facilites. What facitlities is does have are good: in room tea and coffee making, television, radio and WiFi. Staff are friendly and helpful. We came by car and used the Park and Ride system, which is excellent. Oxford bus services are good. The hotel is also only a short taxi ride from the station if you go by train. The hotel was ideal for a short stay and we will use it again.

This is a good hotel in central part of the city. We didn't use any of the facilities due to our short stay at the hotel. It looks quite decent and room was nice and cozy. Service was ok, but could be better if you get a proper greeting or a sort of welcoming that is expected at this level of hotels. Location is close to bus station and railway station, which is convenient if you are in/out of Oxford for a short stay.
