A very satisfying stay. It is difficult to stay in a hotel with a large room at a low price in the UK. There is a horse farm nearby, the environment is quiet, the room is very clean, although it is a little far from the city center, the bus is very convenient, it takes 10 minutes to get to the city center, and it is not far to walk. The breakfast is quite rich.

Limited facilities provided. Only a restaurant and some toys for kids. Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff can be more trained to provide better services. Had an experience that when the cleaner cleaned my room, he or she just put some unopened rubbish bags inside the rubbish bins and I have to open the bags and wrap it into the rubbish bin by myself. Front desk had also lost my registered parcel they collected for me.

The navigation basically can't get downstairs, so you need to find it slowly by yourself. 4. Check in on August 1, 2024. The hotel is newly renovated. The smell is very strong and choking. The window of the room cannot be opened, and the smell cannot be released. It feels like a human filter for a night. The smell is so strong that you can't open your eyes🥵 5. Be sure to pay attention to the toilet button in the hotel bathroom. It is easy to get your hand pinched when you press it. I was pinched. Due to language problems, I did not negotiate with the hotel. If I were in China, I should have stayed for free.

This time I am most satisfied with this hotel in London, Birmingham and Oxford. It is clean and tidy. The staff are super nice. The taxi service is attentive and affordable. A big Mercedes Benz costs 25 pounds to go to the train station.
