Fairfield Inn Owensboro

Very clean & all of the staff was so professional! Great location to a lot of restaurants and stores. Breakfast was good too!

Five vehicle burglaries in the parking lot today, two last week, zero cameras. If you want to not have to replace your belongings and vehicle windows, do not stay here. Gym is small and depressing by being claustrophobic and dark. Curtains on windows are not wide enough to close and keep light out. Bathroom fan is so loud it disturbs the people above me. Shower curtain was dingy. Otherwise the room and facilities were nice and clean.

My husband and I visited for a weekend in owensboro, KY. We booked this hotel way ahead of time. There were big issues with parking at the hotel. There were baseball's tournaments happening and such. But parking was awful! Then we were advised we could park in the parking lot at,the doctors office which was abdonded. We eventually found parking after circling the parking lot 3 times. Great hotel good breakfast clean comfy beds. But the onky,issue was the parking. So be aware.

The hotel is clean, and the bed is adequate- not the most comfortable, but I've had worse. The decor looks pretty cheap and basic, and there are no black-out curtains for light and privacy. Breakfast was good, but they were out of scrambled eggs. There was no hot water, so none of us got a shower that morning. Called the front desk, and they said to wait a while because they only had 2 hot water heaters for the whole hotel. I told them we didn't have time to wait, we had to go, and we paid for a bed and bathroom. The man at the desk said he would have the general manager call me. The GM never called. I called the main Fairfield line, they said they would make a case and someone would call me. Noone ever called, they just emailed me to tell me they added 5,000 points to my Marriott account, which is pretty worthless. Would not recommend. We stayed at the Best Western last year, and it was much better.

The stay was great! The oatmeal bar for the breakfast was very open and had many options to choose from. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly! Would definitely recommend! The beds were also very comfortable and rooms were cleaned nicely.

Staff was magnificent. Rooms were great. Every person we met waas kind and courteous. we shuttled to concert and the ride was great. the bands all stayed there so we got to meet alot of them. Love this place will stay again

I check in on June 5 at 2:30 pm. The young lady who checked me in was so welcoming & made a good first impression. My room was lovely & clean. I was a bit disappointed with the continental breakfast but it’s free so one shouldn’t complain. I felt a little effort could have been made to have wheat bread instead of all white & almond milk along with the regular milk. I tried the Raisin Bran cereal but it was stale. I had left a note for the housekeeping not to ***** the bed but to just make it, I see no kneed for clean sheets with just one days use. When I retuned you the room that evening I was surprised to see nothing had been done to the room. I was later told since I was staying 3 days there was no housekeeping service for the entirety of my stay. Which was no big deal to me except my trash was starting to overflow & I was only provided with one makeup removal pack. So I was very careful not to get makeup on the wash cloths. The same young lady was at the desk when I checked out. Again her personality is to be commended. She is a true asset to your company. I always enjoy staying at Fairfield Inns because I know I will have a good nights sleep. You beds & bedding are delightful. I love the pillows and I am very picky about my pillows. I would love to be able to purchase that bedding!

The room was clean but the AC Unit needs to be cleaned because it smells like cat pee The staff on duty was very friendly and kind and very helpful And the beds are very comfortable I would stay here again and I will recommend it to anybody Good hotel

We stayed two nights. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and had toiletries available, the beds slept great, the staff was amazing despite having a hotel full of children for various sporting events in the area that were playing in the pool, running the halls and all over the lobby. They did great.
